This product is absolutely garbage. All the reviews for this business or for bike locks not E bikes. Item came broken wrote to seller to resolve issue. They close the first request out reopened request because after writing it, the pedals became inoperable and then after 6 miles, the chain had completely come disconnected and touching the frame with a loud grinding noise. If I could give zero stars I would. Poor kid road it for a week like normal up and down the road and something broke and is giving an error code that it could be 5 different things. Waste of money!

    • A little over priced for what you get
The rim locked up doing 33mph and Askgo isnt playing nice and dragging their feet. But I dod finally talk to them and they are sending the parts that were damaged but this bike isn't the best quality. If ypu do get one, make sure to go over the whole thing thoroughly and snug up any and all nuts, bolts and screws. ... show more

I do admit the bike is fast, it arrived one day late. Once the box arrived, the box was damaged the back tire was bulging out of the box. The back wheel sprocket was badly damaged. I didn’t notice it until I put the whole bike together and took it for a test run. I noticed that I couldn’t pedal and that it was very hard to pedal. I had to ask for a return because once I got back to my garage and took a look at the sprocket it was too badly damaged to put together or fix. The bike does come with a cheap headlight as well and cheap pedals. If you want to upgrade your light and pedals do so other than that the bike is great. ... show more

The tire stopped working and it locked from the back it won’t move I tried to fix it but the back just wobbles when I pull the throttle this is a very bad Bike for a lot of money..

The package wasn’t good and it can’t speed to 19mph first I use it I was speed 25mph but it cannot speed to 19 and it was missing lotta things I was try to return it in FedEx but they say they take it I don’t know why

    • The suspension isn't what I thought it'd be, but it's a great bike
I love the bike, been riding it everyday for the past 3 or 4 weeks now, it's able to take longer trips then most bikes, I have about 250 miles on it, some parts seems to be knocking slightly but nothing detrimental, my biggest thing about the bike, is the suspension isn't what I thought it'd be, or I may just not know how to adjust it, in the end I dont regret my purchase and it's a nice bike ... show more
