Miss advertised! It's ashame because the bike itself is a good looking bike ! This bike doesn't do 30mph ! 25 at best and takes forever to get there ! There's no setting to change the speed besides a 3 way button 1-3 ! Basic lcd screen with no plus or minus button, no mode button exc... so you can't get into the settings to make it go any faster! I hope this helps someone. So I was going to call the bike a complete waste of money as my first ride was a little disappointing. The bike would only max out at 15MPH. Long story short, DO NOT connect the white wire that’s coming out of the back of the seat, that will limit the bike to a max speed of 15MPH. If you are having an issue of lower than anticipated speeds, disconnect that wire and you are good to go. This bike will do 28+ depending on rider weight and riding conditions. Great bang for your buck, rides nicely, plenty of speed once I disconnected the limiting wire. As many of who bought the bike, I was thinking that wire was just a safety to disconnect the controller from the battery during shipping. After researching other bikes, I’ve seen people cut a wire under the seat and bikes were able to achieve higher speeds which lead me to thinking about disconnecting the wire that I previously connected to see if the bike still worked and I was able to go the advertised speed. Again, I hope this helps anyone looking to purchase or have already purchased this bike. Buy with confidence as the company approved the return request, no questions asked even though I have decided to keep the bike now that I have the speed unlocked.

Got a few days ago can’t get it pass 15 mph pedaling yes but not automatically which kinda sucks says it goes faster been looking for a way make it faster all the other e bikes u can jailbreak them so easy with the digital buttons if anyone can help leave a review sure I’m not alone

This is a solid bike except for the false advertising. Part of the description says the power assist level goes to 5 and even in the manual. However the power assist level only is three as in another picture on the description. That means the bike maxes out at 15 mph. Cool bike but only reaches less than half the speed advertised. Honestly should get reimbursed for the trouble of the lies.

Took this beast out on rocky fire roads and sandy washes last weekend, and it performed flawlessly. The 20x4" puncture-proof fat tires gripped everything, and the dual suspension system soaked up bumps like a cloud. I was flying at 30MPH downhill, and the dual hydraulic brakes stopped me on a dime—super reliable. The bright LED headlight is a nice touch for dusk rides. If you're an off-road enthusiast looking for a powerful (2500W peak!) and durable e-bike under $2k, stop searching. This is it.
