This makes it seem like it plugs in to an outlet and that it would sound electric...it uses a 9v battery and definitely does NOT sound electric. It's very quiet even at max volume and it sounds acoustic, rather than electric. Very disappointing. Glad I tested it before giving to my daughter for Christmas! ... show more

My daughter loved this for Christmas! It makes for a nice learner guitar. There is some distortion coming from the guitar and the Amp has very bad sound quality.

Was not happy how small it was and the amp sucks didn't even work when we put a 9v battery in it didn't turn on. Will never buy it again
