Very easy to install - took longer to remove the old light than it did to replace with this one. The selectable switch for color balance is great - was perfect for matching the existing random LED lights in the adjacent rooms so it all "matched" colorwise. Not sure if they changed the screws but I had no issues at all with the heads not being able to fit through the base to mount as some have mentioned. Looks great as well - will have to pick up a few more in different sizes to get the entire house modernized. Very bright (depends on color you pick) and looks great. We found a light like this in a well known box store, unfortunately the one we found did not have the daylight setting, and was pretty expensive. We found the same type of light on Amazon that did offer the daylight setting. Nonetheless, long story short, we ordered the one from Amazon, got here In 2 days, install was easy, and the light works great. Note: the materials in this light are mostly plastic and not metal like the one in the box store, but once it's mounted to the ceiling, you can't even tell.
