Bought them since I had some squared holes on my ceiling from the previous ones and they match perfect on size but as you can see from my pic, the left one is the ADS on 5000 K and on the right is the Amico 5000 K. Different brand different color

I bought these lights to install in my office for use during video conferencing. I like the shape but they seem to be subpar on quality. I installed them on a dimmer so I could easily adjust the light conditions for meeting but they flicker on anything below the 80% level. This is after buying a new LED specific dimmer as well. It also seems like they should be brighter for the size. The lights glow more than they shine and do not seem overly bright even when looking right at them. Good: Color temperature (decent color rendering) Shape (square shape is unique) Bad: Not dimmable Not very bright ... show more

    • Basically disappears into the ceiling but is super bright.
Once installed it seems to vanish into the ceiling which is exactly what i wanted. it puts out a great amount of light. I had it on a dimmer which works well. So far no signs of hum or flickering. I love the color selection...we tend toward 2700 to 3000 for living spaces, workshops and garages, 4-5K . Installation was simple...cut a square hole, (be careful to follow the template)...run the wire. You dont need a fixed junction box...just wire the supplied junction box to the wire and lay it on the sheetrock ceiling beside the opening. Plug the light into the junction box and snap it into the hole. It is removable as well. ... show more
