This was my second knife bag purchase, the first one was a folder type, and everything liked to slide around in it. This knife bag is perfect, with space for everything, sturdy, great value for the money. Wish I would have just bought this one first! Updated 06/16/21: After six months of use, not only did the shoulder strap tear out by the d-ring, but one of the handles also tore, rendering this bag almost useless, and certainly a hassle to carry.

So first off I was fooled. When I read 28 pockets for knives and tools I am thinking that is all inside and can hold more knives then other bags. There are 4 zippered pockets on the outside that are counted as the 28 pockets. There is a small useless zippered pocket in the second compartment that is so tight all I could fit is a pair of needle nose pliers. And the last zippered pocket that is counted is a larger miscellaneous zippered tool pocket. So the bag only holds 20 regular knives plus a cleaver sleeve and a steel sleeve that I might have to cut the bottom of because it sticks out of the bag and I cannot zip it up. The zipper pulls on the out side seem very cheap as they are crappy plastic and I’m sure will break off and make opening and closing the bag a pain. I did just receive the bag and haven’t even used it at work yet but these are all things that I am seeing as I pack the bag. Hopefully the bag will stretch a little and if it stands up I may change the star rating. But time will see. Well after a week or so of normal use the tabs that hold the straps to the bag have ripped almost completely off. I tried to contact the seller but after 5 days and no response a return it will be. Do yourself a favor and get a noble bag like I am. They are stronger and hold up a lot more. Also changed my star rating to a 1 star because of all this.
