Want to start with that the idea is great ! 30 minutes being in the sauna really helped with sore/tired muscles. Maybe it's the exception, but we found that the provided chair is made of very low quality material that started deteriorating only after a handful of uses (none of the users weigh more than 170 lbs) and sitting in the defective chair can be even dangerous if the user happens to fall/slide onto the hot steam cup... Another issue: without dropping/prying, the white water heater part broke off the blue cover. AFter a few uses, the white piece dropped in the tank. Not sure if this is a critical part or breaking causes a safety issue but after multiple defects, we decided to return. ... show more

Amended review. Unit worked great for 3 months then steam heating unit started smelling of electric burn. Contacted vendor, they agreed to send new heater end of last year. Nada. And they do not respond to my emails or thru Amazon. Sad, because I liked the sauna. Whatever happened to standing by your product? I will buy a new steam unit from another vendor. ... show more
