I’m not in the medical field so I didn’t buy this for a medical job, although I am a multi-purpose person who has become disillusioned with “smart” electronics to the excess for having a device on us 24/7. For that reason I no longer use a smart watch but still like the feel of something on my wrist and being able to quickly check the time without having to pull my phone out, and this analog watch meets that requirement perfectly. The size is great for my eyes without taking up too much room on my wrist and the strap is my favorite color. I thought that rubbery strap material would cause me some every-so-slight skin irritation (as smart watch straps like this material have done in the past) but I’m pleased to say that there’s been no irritation. IF you do have larger wrists, you may need to look for something with longer straps as I have an average sized wrist and have it fastened in the second to last hole. It is water resistant enough to handle washing dishes and the glow in the dark feature is pretty cool too. I’m content with this watch and the price can’t be beat. ... show more

The indigo faceplate barely illuminates as the dial section with illuminate hands that do not show up at night. When it’s dark cannot see the hands to see the time .Love the style and size.
