I've used this almost every day since I bought it, and I'm very happy with it. No issues at all. It can be set to run continuously or on a one, two, or three hour timer, it has two mist settings, and can run with the light on or off. It comes with a remote that has also worked perfectly when I tested it, but I don't use it very often because I can reach the diffuser itself from where I sit at my desk. It's my first diffuser so I can't really say how it compares to other types or brands, but as far as I can tell it has good mist output and I can definitely smell the essential oils I put in it. I use it in a medium size bedroom and usually run it for an hour at a time. My only minor complaint is that when you take off the outer cover after it has been running, a bunch of water will drip out of it. It was only an issue the first time I took it off - I learned my lesson and now I make sure to aim the water drippage back into the reservoir and not all over the table. But I feel that's more a consequence of the laws of physics than a design flaw, so it still gets five stars.

What attracted me to this particular diffuser was the quantity of water it held. I had another smaller one from another company and really appreciated the scents produced by whatever choice of oil was used. The problem was it was a daily task of refilling it every day. This Asakuki diffuser's capacity would lengthen time between refills. What I did not realize was that with the ability to program when and how long it was operating I would now be able to go as long as a week between refilling the unit. In addition it has both a weak and strong selection for the mist so if it is a small room you can tone down the strength of the scent. The RGB light choices and their timing schedule is separate from the mist timing so you can choose to have light or not. I use the night light feature for late night in the hall where I have one of the diffusers located. I liked it so much I bought a second unit for another floor of our home. After a week it was not misting and I contacted the company. They responded in less than 24 hours and after a confirmation of how it was behaving they immediately sent a replacement that surprisingly arrived in only two days. It has been working for weeks now. Their customer service is top notch. I still gave the unit 5 stars because yes it would have been nice if the 2nd unit had not failed but with customer service that responds as quickly to a problem as they do I feel it is deserved.

this is a great diffuser. It is small, which i like, but works well in the kitchen, den & dinette area. I like the features; there are 3 colors that are soft and can be changed from low to brighter, there is a control for the timer that automatically turns the diffuser off, and there is a control for mist for high or low. The instructions are great demonstrating water line, which side to drain, air outlet, cleaning and maintenance, tips, troubleshooting, safety information. Glad I choose this model and recommend it.
