Easy to set up and use. Comes with a user friendly remote. 2 mist settings (small or big). Available timer 60mins. 120mins. 180mins. I don’t use the timer option, I let the humidifier turn off on its own when the water empties out. It also beeps twice when done (not using timer option). Adjustable colors to set the mood or you can also turn off the colors completely. Use: Open top lid, secure spoon contraption inside humidifier, add water, secure lid over base, connect cord to humidifier and outlet to wall. Turn on and enjoy! CLEAN, every 3 days AFTER using! Always disconnect your humidifier cord and outlet from wall before adding water and after cleaning. After 1st use, I take off the top lid and pour out any excesses water with a couple light shakes into the sink and dry properly. I repeat the same method for the base of the humidifier as well but first take off the spoon like contraption before emptying water. The humidifier is now ready to use for the next 2 days. After the 3rd day use, I clean it with equal parts water and vinegar for 30 minutes. After done I pour out any excesses water into sink and dry properly. Just to play it safe I also use a Q-tip to gently clean the circle inside the humidifier. Humidifier has helped me with dry air inside the house. ... show more

This diffuser took me through so many emotions because I a fragrance addict big time. On the first use the mist came out of this thing like smoke coming out of train stack it was amazing. The second time all I got was a trickle of mist I tinkered with this thing one whole Saturday and all I got was a trickle I swirled it turned it on turned it off and got the same results. I was just about to pack it up and print out my return label when God brought to my memory one of the reviews I read and the guy said he was having the same issue and for whatever reason he slipped a coaster under his diffuser and the mist came pouring out, well there was a piece of cardboard on my nightstand so I folded it up and put it partially under my unit and low and behold out came the heavy mist I was in heaven so I began looking for something more stable to sit the unit on so it wouldn't tip over and I found a 5 wick candle that I have and sat it on that. Now I don't have to use it all the time but for some reason these units are temperamental and when it won't mist as it should I sit it on the candle, also I read one review where someone said they didn't know what big/small was for on the remote when you push it once you'll hear two beeps that's for a small mist then press it again you'll hear one beep and that's for a big mist. I think sometimes the outlet hole in the bottom get clogged with the oil. Another thing I wish this unit had was a spout on the side to pour the water out but that outlet for the mist to come out on the side is EVERYTHING I turn that outlet towards my bed and it be giving me life I enjoy this diffuser so much I just ordered a second on and the remote is EVERYTHING also. Reading the reviews and the directions will teach you some hacks also I use warm water in mine I believe cold water from the tap is too cold and will cause it to stall. I have used aroma therapy for years, and have purchased many styles and shapes and brands… I bought 2 of these ASAKUKI 500ml diffusers; at first, after using them for a time, the mist seemed to lessen as though the power decreased; but if you wash the container and wipe the hole where the oil and water may have hardened, the diffuser works perfectly again. The lamp function is also excellent; the entire dome illuminates and adds atmosphere to any room or context. I highly recommend after 4+ months of daily use of 2 of these diffusers. ... show more

I returned a previous diffuser after learning that a bigger water tank was necessary. I can run this one for hours for several days before it runs out. The timer selection makes this even better. It also has an option to run a small diffuser stream or large, intermittent or not. And this one has a remote, which is so user friendly and convenient! A really awesome thing I discovered about the light feature from the remote is that you can pause this on your color choice as it changes colors. You can select through the set colors, but if you let them change on their own, you can pause it on your favorite hue. So I can match the light color with my candles, which is great for my OCD lol. Ever since I’ve purchased this diffuser I’ve used it almost everyday. I love the feeling of the soft breeze it makes so much I even keep on my nightstand! It helps when you’re congested or when the air is dry in the winter which was pretty much the reason I bought it. When filled all the way to the MAX line, it lasts a good 8-9 hours which I absolutely love! It works a little after we wake up in the morning. We haven’t used it with essential oils yet as we have a cat but even without any scents it’s amazing! 10/10 I recommend. ... show more

This is a quality unit. It has a large capacity tank. It's quiet. Offers lexible modes: light on or off; the unit runs until empty or for a set time; intermittent frequency steam out for 10 seconds on and 10 seconds off; continuous steam; high or low steam. This is, without a doubt, the best unit that I've owned over the last 25 years. Also, you can control the until manually, or by using the remote. My biggest issue was opening the case on the remote. Do it gently and follow the icon/arrows on the back of the remote. ... show more

Does not last or run as advertised (i.e., so many hours on hi/ low). And when you use it as a diffuser, unit shuts down/ off after the selected run time or out of water. This is great, but when using as a night light this is not great!! Mostly use as a night light due to above concerns. Using a different diffuser as it usually only runs a few hours and still want a night light in the room. Figure it will last a super long time, just frustrated that the light function is tied to the diffuser run time or out of water sensor. Would be a total 5 star if the light function was independent of the diffuser, but overall great product with no issues other than already stated. ... show more
