This light looks great and had the right degree of arch for the area in which it was placed. It was easy to assemble. The lighting is good (not overly bright but none the less very good). My only problem was one piece that held one of the globes on was missing. Amazon referred me to the manufacturer and the customer representative could not (or would not) understand what piece was missing; he wanted a picture. I promptly emailed that to him but got no response. After a week I called again and got a gentleman that knew exactly what I needed and expressed it out to arrive two days later. The final product looks fantastic and gives my large room added dimension by drawing the eye upward- this lamp is TALL! I had to have help with assembly. Several reviewers noted dented parts - I am lucky. The box was so ripped, torn, damaged when received it I took photos before unpacking, assuming I'd need to make a claim. Fortunately nothing was damaged but the packaging is terrible! The base is so heavy it should ship in a separate carton from the long arched arms. When opened, the pulverized, tiny, styrofoam pieces scattered everywhere - I'll be seeing them for years. Overall, I'm happy with the lamp. ... show more

The lamp is pretty nice, works well and is sturdy and provides nice lighting. The lamp included bulbs and has a dimmer. It would be nice if you could turn on one or more lamps but you can only have all on or all off. There were the typical vague assembly instructions which were easy enough to follow along. Lining things up were somewhat challenging. I assembled this by myself however the base is very heavy so having 2 people would be helpful. My biggest problem is with the Styrofoam packaging it came in. I am going to have little white Styrofoam balls in my house forever! It did well in protecting the lamp during shipping but the packaging type should be outlawed. ... show more

This lamp is nice. Over all a good buy, however, the price was a bit high for the over all satisfaction I got from it. The light bulbs are incandescent which provide weak brightness. I had to replace them all with LED bulbs to improve the brightness. Also, I wish the bulbs had covers/shades to show a more solid finish. ... show more

I got this item and the base of the lamp was shattered. This is not an easy return as the item is very heavy.

The lamp works well and adjusts easily to fit the room. It also assembled pretty easily. But the base arrived horribly dented. I needed it ASAP so didn’t have time to deal with returning such a large item. The condition Is disappointing for such an expensive item.
