The rug arrived well packaged without any damage and it was easy to get any wrinkles out. It’s really low pile, which I needed because this is going in my entryway and I didn’t want anything that people would trip on. For being such low pile, it’s still plenty soft. Great value for a high quality rug. Initially stiff but softens with foot traffic. Colors are vibrant especially pretty if you like aqua, blue indigo accents. A rug pad is necessary to keep it in place.

We liked the quality. It had no smells. Curled borders went flat easily. We have not had a problem with spills so are not sure how easily it cleans. We found the colors not as bright as seen in Amazon website. In general we are satisfied with it. The price was reasonable.

I really like that stains don’t stick onto the fabric but it doesn’t fit in my top loader even if I have the agitator removed. Not enough thickness to call it a real rug. I call it a floor covering. Works great in the puppy palace room where all four of our dogs stay when we go out.
