the table once completed is beautiful, but the amount of bolts missing is inexcusable and customer support - no phone number- is no where- takes days to get an asbnwer- lucky hardware store is near by to get the parts- one of the parts around the piston was not sent in right configuration and had to be changed- instructions are OK but not great- could have also used a hex key for one set of bolts that they used- some of the bolts were not functional as well- TABLE GREAT but putting it together takes a while- 2 people job ... show more

So as I always do , I inventoried all parts to make sure I had everything the instructions said I needed to assemble this chair. And of course it was missing 8 screws. 4XR and 4XQ. Not to mention the piston was assembled wrong. I fixed that . Had to run to the hardware store and get screws . The instructions said to call directly if there was a problem but no number was provided. Imagine that. ... show more
