I ordered the black and pink chair and when I got it unboxed I found a black and gold chair. Not happy. Sending it back would be a real pain so I put it in my exercise room and went to work assembing it. It was very easy to attach the foot/leg rest and the control panel. I tried it and I love it!! It can be aggressive but I found the settings that I like the best and have been happy with it. It seems very sturdy and it really is the same quality as the ones at the gym. I especially like the heat, foot massage and the zero gravity. It feels great once I figured out how to make it a bit less aggressive. I'm sure that as I get used to it I can put it on stronger intensity but for now I'm using a less intense setting. Most of the chairs that I viewed are much larger so one of the reasons I chose this one is that it was much smaller and would fit my room better. It is also not as expensive as many of the massage chairs. Still don't like the color but sending it back would be a pain and I can live with it.
