I actually have yet to use some of these pieces, like the dough whisk, I'm not really used to using fancy baking tools :). But I'll learn how to use it sometime. If you are a beginner like me and have been unsure where to start, what to buy... Look no further! The set includes basket with a linen liner, which is perfect for proofing your dough. Also included is a dough whisk (Danish, I believe?). The design of this whisk helps to incorporate ingredients without overworking the dough/starter. The dough scraper is an absolute necessity too! There is also a glass jar with markings on the side to be able to measure and keep track of your starter. It's everything you could need in one little Amazon package. Overall, this sourdough baking set seems to be a solid choice for beginners like myself.
