Bought this for my 3D printers exhaust system, and it works great! Its a little smaller than my ducting (im using 4 inch ducting hose) but I was able to get it working completely fine. Im also pleased to say its pretty quiet, not like sleep quiet, but quiet enough where it blends in with the noise of my printer. The airflow is also pretty good, the smell of PLA gets sucked out and im pretty confident in printing in ASA or ABS but I'll have to wait and see. ... show more

The pump works great. I’m using it for a mushroom grow tent and it works perfectly with a timer. It replaces all the air with fresh air once an hour and it works marvelously in that capacity. It’s been running for three minutes every hour, 24 hours a day, for months and doesn’t show any signs of wear. The airflow is strong enough to pull out the air I need but quiet enough that I can work in the same room. The value for what you get is excellent. This fan works great for my purpose. I used it to make a ventilation fan for under my covers, sort of a generic BedJet. I attached a gutter downspout attachment to direct airflow between the sheets because I was often waking up hot and sweaty. The BedJet product is sort of the same thing but costs $500+.
