Camel, U-Shape Seating For 8 (All Chairs, No Ottomans) First off, the customer service was incredible. They reached out on their own volition to make sure everything about my order was correct, then again to inform me ahead of time about different segments arriving on different days - which they did, but still arrived well ahead of their delivery schedule. A few months ago, we got a cloud lounger set and fell in love with the ease of setup, ease of clean up (no cushions for crumbs to fall under), and of course the comfort. We ended up moving that to the upstairs den and I knew I had to have another cloud sectional. Between meals, 3 cats, and comfortable moments, I decided value and comfort would have to trump over aesthetics. These hold up to it all; but if anything were to happen, it's not a complete loss as I could likely just replace an individual unit. I also figured with some styling, I could make this look a little more upscale. Buyers should, however, be aware that the backs of these are significantly lower than most sofas. This can understandably be an issue for comfort and aesthetic for some, but it's really a non issue if you just sort of mask it with some pillows and blankets. Also, the arms of the larger portions are lower than the backs, but I just threw some throws over that portion to sort of mask it. Not a big deal at all. All in all, for the price I paid, the customer service, the ease of setup, and the comfort level (cloud sofas are amazingly comfortable and surprisingly sturdy), I'm giving this 5 stars. I knew exactly what I was getting into with the design before I purchased, so there were no surprises or unreasonable expectations - hopefully, now, you can make an informed decision too! (I'm also buying an extra unit in a few weeks or so to extend one end a little further to accommodate even more people. That's how much I'm in love with this sectional.) ... show more

The sofa couch is firm! And will definitely last more then a few years.

This product does come in different boxes at different times and days being delivered. I bought the 9 seat sectional in gray. I absolutely love it! Definitely the pice point is worth it. The material of the cover of the sofa is a soft plush. & you can remove every single piece to wash them. The color is pretty and the same as marketed in the pictures. The weight is surprisingly heavier then expected which is good so they do not move a lot if you have kids jumping all over them. Quality is definitely good. The couch is firm but comfortable. I definitely like that this boneless couch material sponge is firm because it will last longer then I expected. The material on the couch itself is a sponge. Assembly was extremely easy. Highly recommend. On the plus side they showed up a few days sooner then the expected delivery date. If ... show more

Wow! Super comfortable and exactly what we wanted. The shipping was earlier than estimated ship date. I had 2 different delivery dates, however, with my experience with Amazon I am aware that sometimes the sellers can only place one tracking number at a time. So when the first delivery happened, I reached out to confirm a second delivery. And they responded within the hour or less and provided the second tracking number, which was for the next day. Everything with this seller happened fast, was super convenient, they are super helpful, and very professional. I am super please with my experience. Sofa is exactly as pictured and met all my expectations. A plus is how soft and comfy but still firm they are. They are not flimsy and feel like they will last a very long time. JUST BUY IT, SERIOUSLY.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I was so impressed that I felt this one was worth taking the time to write. My wife and I looked at dozens of boneless couches before finally deciding to take a chance on this one, and I’m so glad we did. While it’s on the higher end of the affordable price range, it’s absolutely worth it. The couch is incredibly comfortable, and we’re both extremely happy with our purchase. I also want to mention the customer service, because it has honestly been outstanding. I almost always buy products that are shipped and sold directly by Amazon, so I was a little hesitant about ordering from a third-party seller. That hesitation disappeared quickly. Their communication has been exceptional, every question I had before and after ordering was answered incredibly fast, and they were always friendly and helpful. To top it all off, the couch arrived almost a full week earlier than the estimated delivery date. Overall, this has been a 10/10 experience. I am giving this 4 instead of 5 stars out of an abundance of caution, as I have only had the set for 3 days, and feel that I can't make a complete assessment after such a short time. So far I am pleased. The shipment came in over the course of 2 days. I received all but 1 piece on the first day and was a little concerned, but received the final piece early the next day. I also contacted the seller just to check in and they answered promptly and assured me that it was on it's way. I should also mention that the set came in 4 days early, which was great because my daughter was in from out of town and ended up sleeping on it. The set was packed well and easy to open. It was great to not have to assemble anything - I simply removed the plastic and POOF, the couch sprang to life. The materials is soft and seems very sturdy - like it would not be easy to tear or snag. The color was very nice, and matched perfectly with my flooring, which was a relief because I was very undecided on whether I should go with the grey or camel, since my flooring has tones of both. I am very happy that I went with the camel. I am also super happy that I went with the 8 piece set - the two larger couches (equivalent to 4 seats), 2 seats, and 2 ottomans. It also came with a ton of pillows which was nice. The set isn't cheap or light - it has some weight to it, so the foam is pretty dense it would seem. You really have to push it to set it up. It's awesome that it can be arranged in so many different ways. It is very firm, which I expected based on other reviews. I imagine that it will "soften" up a bit over time. I am happy that it is so firm, as I don't feel like it will lose shape very easily. The only flaw that I have noticed, was also mentioned by one other reviewer and that is the back rest of the chairs are not evenly matched. The two large pieces are the same height on the back - however the backs of the smaller seats are both about 2 inches shorter than the larger seats. I can't say that the smaller seats will not expand more - since I have only had the set for 3 days - so I am hoping it will. There are plenty of large pillows that rest against the backs of the couches/chairs - so it is easy to keep that hidden. I am not super picky with details like this - but if you are expecting perfect alignment right out of the gate - I don't think is going to be the case. I actually slept on it last night and I had a great night of sleep - so it's great for lounging about, and large enough to spread out and sleep on if you wish. I don't notice any strange odors or chemical scent. I tried it in many different layouts, and am happy with what is show in the pictures. The set is very large and can probably seat at least 6 people comfortably. Oh, another thing - I was worried that it would be too low to the ground - but it isn't. It is lower than a "regular" couch, but it's not weirdly low. I would give it a solid thumbs up at this point. Hopefully my opinion only improves over the next few months. Lastly, I paid $999 for the set, which I think is a fairly good deal considering the mammoth size and overall appealing aesthetics. If you nervously reading reviews like I was - I would recommend giving it a shot. Although - I suspect it would be extremely difficult to try and return something like this because it would be impossible to re-compress it down to a shippable size. ... show more

Fantastic, enormous, and comfortable!

I must admit being somewhat apprehensive when choosing a large sectional sofa online, since reviews are really all that can be relied upon, but we love this gargantuan set! There is zero assembly, just carefully cutting the airtight bags open. Do be careful though, I nicked the edge of the ottoman, though that’s no fault of the manufacturer. The sections spring to life quickly—kids would love this part—and are ready to use very quickly. I didn’t notice any off-gassing, which was a great relief! The base is strong and firm, but still light and easy to move, but the surface and pillows are very comfortable. It’s a great couch to doze off on, and could easily be arranged to make a makeshift bed. Despite reading the dimensions, we were amazed at the size! This could easily be two full-sized couches, and seats several quite comfortably! With foam furniture, I always worry about cleaning, but it’s incredibly easy to clean this sofa! The pattern looks very nice, and stands the test of time. My delivery came in two batches of large boxes in two days, no delays or mishaps, which is always appreciated with 5 separate boxes. Kudos to the company for smooth delivery! A bit heavy for one to carry a long distance, but that was my choice—just get a dolly if you need to move the larger boxes far. We haven’t moved since buying it, but I imagine wrapping in a plastic or moving blanket would prevent any rain, mud, puddles, etc. Highly recommended! Worth the wait, very firm and comfortable

We purchased the 8 seater sectional which came in multiple shipments on different days, and I want to share an honest review for anyone who may feel unsure during the first couple of weeks. When the first pieces arrived, they were extremely firm and supportive only a couple of hours out of the box. Some of the later pieces took longer to fully expand and felt slightly different at first, which made me skeptical. However, after giving all sections enough time to fully decompress and adjust, every piece is now very firm, supportive, and comfortable. It took more than a couple weeks for them all to be at the same firmness. Nonetheless, once fully expanded, the firmness is consistent across the entire sectional. It does not sit low, does not sink, and rebounds immediately when you get up. It provides excellent support, even for us heavier individuals, and feels solid and well-made. This couch definitely needs patience, but once it’s fully settled, it’s a great purchase. I’m very happy with it now and would recommend it to anyone who prefers a firm, supportive couch. ... show more

UPDATE: after one month the zipper on one of the large pillows broke. My family loves this couch. It is EXTREMELY casual. You will fall asleep easily on this sofa. It's basically a FIRM mattress shaped like a couch. The price is impossible to beat with a traditional sofa. There is no assembly, just remove the packaging. It appears to be sturdy but time will tell. It can easily be reorganized/moved around to fit into a variety of spaces. ... show more
