For the most part, I really like this set of pens. I have purchased two of them--one for myself, and then when my son really liked them, another set for him. It's nice to have a big variety of colors and to have the sparkly ones included as well as the metallic colors--very versatile. My one complaint, and the reason I gave the set four stars rather than five, is that I feel like a couple of the pens have dried out after very little use. I am not sure if certain colors don't flow as well? I try to be vigilant about putting the caps back on, so I don't think that is the issue. Perhaps that's just how it goes with gel pens, since I have had that issue with other brands as well. ... show more

The service was excellent. The product arrived on time and well packaged. 5 star service. I would rate the actual product as a 3 or 4 star. So far I have come across one pen that had broken plastic in the top making it unusable and most of the pens need to have the screw on tip tightened before use or you run the risk of them breaking as well. The mixed ink pens have the colors so far apart that it is impossible to get the rainbow effect which is what those pens are for. In addition the other inks have either duplicated or other colors so close you can see no difference making the actual selection of colors nowhere near the 60 claimed. On the plus side they are much better than other gel pens I have used which feel scratchy when using while these pens have a smooth ink laydown making them much easier and pleasant to work with. The fine tips make them better to use in intricate drawings and great for the small areas in coloring. I highly recommend having a piece of scratch paper of the same finish and weight of your work page to test the pens. Firstly because the "seal" on the ink needs to be broken. They will not color on the first couple of lines. Secondly and more importantly to try out the color because it does not always look like the ink in the barrel or on the top of the pen. I like to relax by coloring in adult coloring books. In the past I have only done these in colored pencil which allows me much greater freedom to blend and makes for a softer overall look. These pens are a bright bold change that will be excellent for some of the pages that I want to stand out. All things considered not a bad investment. I would like to add that Arteza has been extremely helpful. Each step of the way from order to post delivery customer support they have been outstanding. This wasn't my first time purchasing Arteza products so I knew when buying that I wouldn't be disappointed and I definitely was not. This set of 60 gel pens has a nice mix of colors and types, it includes a few glitter, a few metallic, a few pastel, and some regular basic gel pens. They are very light weight, I don't know if that means that they don't have a lot of ink in them or if its just the way the body is made but they are lighter than a Gelly Roll and several other brands I have bought before . That said they seem to work good, they covered a large area in my artwork without appearing streaky or without losing ink flow. For the cost and the mix you get it's worth giving these a shot although I'd prefer a larger variety in the future. ... show more

I have two favorite brands and Arteza is one of them. This is the first time purchasing the refills. Three of the pens were totally dry but I can't give you a number because they have no number marked on the refills. Thankfully I don't use those 3 colors much but I would like to have what I paid for. Not sure I will buy the refills again. It was frustrating matching the refill to the color tips/tops of the pen. It won't prevent me from buying the "pens" again but you might want to think about printing numbers on the refills and the pen itself. The reason for the 3 stars instead of 5. ... show more
