Like some of you, I had a devil of a time putting this chair together by myself. The Owner's Manual and putting the arms and back together just didn't make sense. I loved the chair (I have redone my home in pink/blush), and the chair was perfect, but sadly, I never could get the chair together properly (It collapsed with me in it, one time). I was prepared to send it back, then realized shipping would be outrageous. Indicated on Amazon I was returning. I would say, within an hour, I received a letter from the seller asking how they could help to make it right. I explained the problems I was having putting the chair together, and that others had similar experiences. He asked me to hang on, and almost immediately not only sent me instructions (in color!), BUT also the owner's manual. They are two different documents!! The instructions show exactly how to attach the arms to the back = ONE AT A TIME! I felt like an idiot after I realized this! Surely enough, the chair went together perfectly, with no further problems whatsoever. I wrote the seller and recommended he included those color instructions along with the Owner's Manual (which labels all of the parts), so people won't have the problems I did. He almost immediately emailed me back saying he would get in touch with his warehouse to instruct them to do the same. So refreshing to deal with a company who wants to make something right for you, instead of blowing you off, know you won't send a piece of furniture back, because the shipping cost would be prohibitive. I can't say enough good things about this company. And the chair? Yes, it may be a little stiff at first, and the lumbar pillow (or a substitute, if the color doesn't suit) is a must for those with back problems, but I have broken it in, and I live in it (even fall asleep in it many a night!! Perfect chair, perfect shade of blush, perfect customer service. What more can you ask for at such a price? I'd give it 10 stars, especially customer service, if I could!! Just remember, DO ONE ARM AT A TIME WHEN ATTACHING THE BACK!! That's the secret!! And don't hesitate to contact the company. They are willing to help in any way they can! s

Product is exactly as pictured it’s thick and well designed but the back leg hole for one of the sides is improperly drilled. So the holes and screws don’t line up and I cannot continue to assemble. I messaged seller so I’ll see how they resolve this without requiring me to ship back as this is a large chair and a heavy item. I’ll update review after resolution is made. I’m really hoping they fix it bc I really like this chair and it will be perfect in my home. I’m hoping to avoid needing to diy a repair. As I paid $200 for each chair and expect them to be properly assembled

This is a small chair. The arm rests dont quite make it above my legs when I sit in this chair and I’m just a 130lbs young girl. Additionally, there is barely any padding, making this chair very stiff. I hope it will lessen as I use the chair, however, the cushion itself is VERY thin so I doubt it. The ottoman is much nicer and softer to sit on than the chair.
