As far as I can tell, this set is WONDERFUL!!! My nail tech has just started her own business, and as a show of support, I gave her a set. She used one color on me on that same day. I’m obsessed with this chrome nail powder set! The colors are absolutely gorgeous in person—super shiny, dreamy, and iridescent like mermaid glass. It gives that perfect pearl or mirror finish depending on the base coat you use. The powders are super fine and easy to apply with the included sponge tips. I've only played around with the colors and haven't applied them with the intention of keeping them on my nails for anything other than checking out how they look and behave during application, so I can't speak to how they hold up over the lifetime of a manicure (I'd imagine just fine once a top coat is applied). With that said, they apply nicely and easily. The tops of the containers show what the chrome will look like once applied, but obviously you need to keep in mind that the base color that's used will make a big impact on its final appearance. Even though the containers are tiny, you use so little during the application process that they'll last a really long time. I'll purchase it again if I need to in 10 years when I run out, lol.
