Washable Area Rug

Features 5

  • Machine Washable Area Rug Protecting rugs from spills is nearly impossible, especially you have a child, a pet, or one of the messier hobbies. With the stain-resistant and washable rug, you can simply toss it into your washing machine and keep it fresh after every wash.
  • Super Soft & Comfort The washable rugs are machine woven with finer fiber making them extra soft and comfort than traditional area rugs. Whether you step on with bare feet or laying on with your children or pets, you can feel the warmth and coziness underneath.
  • Trendy Abstract Design - This area rug grounds your space in a subtle abstract design, showcases an artful, abstract pattern that complements any room with purposeful distressing and fading lived-in look. Persisting at the forefront of contemporary design, the piece adds an artistic element to your decor, balancing out your design scheme with a range of color intensities.
  • Kids & Pets Friendly - We love how its 0.26" low pile height makes this rug an ideal base for busy spaces like the entryway or living room. Great for any high feet traffic area, these rugs are less affected by unforeseeable messes, including kid and pet activity.

10/10 No Complaints
Color: Beige Size: 8' x 10' (Rectangular)
Rugs are such a headache to find and I’m so glad I bought this one. For the price, I honesty have no complaints. The rug came folded up and packaged nicely in a box and was easy to lay out. Looks just as pictured and I was surprised with how soft this thing is. Once laid out, some of the creases from folding were visible, but I walked on them and they flattened right out. It’s on the thinner side, so it is more of an aesthetic piece, but the quality feels solid for being a washable rug. I’d recommend a rug pad or mat underneath if you are looking for added cushion. I haven’t tried washing it in its entirety, but did need to spot clean after a pet incident (the dreaded throw up). The bottom seems to be lined with a waterproof or water resistant material, because I didn’t notice a lot of wetness seeping through and pooling underneath before or after cleaning. It was also very easy to clean and that spot came right out. ... show more

Comfortable, very soft and quality rug
We love these rugs, we purchased two; a smaller one and a 10' runner - they both are really nice, great non-slip and the top of the rug is the softest material I have ever felt on my feet. It is so soft that our dog lays/sleeps on the runner all the time, he loves it. We purchased a third one, a size in-between from the two we received in October 2025 for an area that the dog is in a lot so he has his own rug. LOL! Note that these are not thick rugs, if that is what you want this isn't it, they are thin but it's exactly what we wanted for on top of our hardwood floors in a couple areas. These are quality rugs, made well but on the thin side again what we were looking for. These are great to put beside your bed and feel great on the feet first thing in the morning/last thing your feet touch at night. The one we bought for the dog, we will put a cushioned pad under it for our pup to be even more comfortable. In addition, we like the neutral design of the beige, it's very pretty. ... show more

I’m absolutely smitten with this rug. It’s incredibly soft, and the finished look is stunning. I particularly appreciate that it’s machine washable. The price is unbeatable, and I’m already planning to order a second one!

Comfortable, OK quality, and no smell.

It’s a pretty thin area rug, but thick enough to not feel like a blanket thrown on the floor. However, for the price- it’s perfect to set up temp, until you can afford a better quality one. It’s soft, and grips enough on the wood flooring I have. Does not slip. Don’t let your vacuum (roomba) go over the corners, since it’ll start to fold up. Looks cute too! ... show more

Nice 4 x 6 area rug!
Color: Beige Size: 4' x 6' (Rectangular)
Soft, pretty, neutral color. Not real thick but wrinkles flattened pretty quickly. Happy with purchase.

Spoiler Alert: This Soft Rug Is Worth The Hype
Rug arrived on time in a heavy duty box w/rug professionally folded in a reusable bag, not that I could fold it as nice as it came. Immediately laid rug out for it to relax. We have two 100+ pooches that thought it was wrestle time because mom was in the floor, they helped smooth out the rug. We have carpet in the living room and I constantly clean the carpet but feel it has a "dog smell" even though family that comes over says it doesn't. Rug arrived night before Thanksgiving, next day everyone complimented the size & softness of the rug. Now, mother in law wants one, maybe a Christmas gift?? I purchsed the rug to put down at holidays. I wasn't looking for a rug like this, was actually looking to get a new kitchen runner but got aide tracked when this beauty popped up. A selling point for me is I can throw it in the front load washer which I plan to do this weekend. The rug description said waterproof and it is. I sat on the rug to wrap gifts with a tumbler of ice water and I knocked it over. Even though the lid was on a fair amount of water " pooled up" on the rug. A quick wipe with a towel and you couldn't tell it had been wet. Our living room has olive green walls w/dark brown furniture and the colors in the rug blend in perfectly. Thank you Art & Tuft for a quality rug. ... show more

Pros and Cons
Color: Navy Size: 8' x 10' (Rectangular)
8 MONTH UPDATE: I couldn’t take it any longer. The wrinkling and bunching under furniture and not being able to vacuum made me replace this with a thicker rug that stays put. I really wanted to like this but it was more hassle than the pro of being able to machine wash. I’d rather just get out the $70 carpet steam cleaner every few months. INITIAL REVIEW: I have pets and hardwood floors. Replaced a thicker shag rug with this and there are clearly trade offs for being able to machine wash this at home. This is not a “comfy get down on the floor and play” kind of rug, however, the shag was a pain to keep clean. If you’re looking for a machine washable, decent looking, lightweight rug - this is it. Pros: soft, looks good, decent price, really is machine washable in a regular washing machine with agitator, roomba vacuums it well. Cons: thin, slides around, wrinkles, shark vacuum sucks up the rug even on low suction. Long drying time in a dryer. ... show more
