started sinking within 3 months. overall it's pretty comfortable, but it's extremely annoying to have to constantly fix the height adjustment throughout the day. trying to troubleshoot whether it's the cylinder or the mechanism thats causing the issue. Update: the problem was a faulty piston. The seller/manufacturer was excellent in communicating with me and providing a refund for replacement. I added stars to reflect this. This is such a beautiful and comfy chair. It is very easy for neurodivergent seating as I can fit my whole body into the chair and then the foot rest makes it even more versatile. This is absolutely beautiful. I was kind of questioning the color, but I am obsessed with it. It is so comfortable took about 10 minutes to put together just extremely happy with this product. Also, I wanted an office chair that didn’t look like an actual office chair. Again absolutely happy.
