When we went to put the shelter up, we discovered the ropes and stakes were missing. I messaged the seller stating this fact and received no response. We still had to use the shelter the next day so we put it up. The product seems to be quality enough and fairly easy to assemble with two people. However, because the pieces to secure the shelter were missing, it blew over in a gust of wind and the framing was damaged. Purchased this to protect my son during RC competitions. My husband assembled it and it was up for only 3 hours and 2 legs broke. This thing is amazing. So easy to put up and take down unlike our last one that bit the dust, literally. We put it up on our patio for rain protection during "gentle showers". Liked the center air vent, the top tie-downs and the fact that taller people don't have to duck when entering from the sides. I've owned a few 13x13 tents and had to duck to enter them. Used it over tables at my family reunion. No issues. Seems well made.

The pop up shelter is very well made and a breeze to put up. I have had two other canopy's and this one is the best hands down. I really like the fabric, the OEM even backed up the material that is subject to rub on the frame. Outstanding product!!
