sellers were fine and got the product to the the delivery hub just as promised but once it got there is when the trouble started. NSD , the company set to deliver was awful, they would not bring it to my house because they said the tree limbs on my lane would "damage" their truck. I get a lot of deliveries and have never had an issue with that. They said they would leave it up on the county road and I could do the best I could to get it to my house because that wasnt there problem. The packaging was in 2 boxes of 200+ lbs which was very good . Im almost 70 and didnt have a way to get those boxes. 417 Express finally got it and delivered it with no issues. Once we got started putting it together it looked fine til the pre-fab holes would not line up had to re-drill a LOT of holes they didnt send one door handle and was short about 50 of the small nuts and bolts , called the company and told them of the problem and the person was very rude and said we didnt know what we were doing and they never have that problem, If you order this hope you have better luck than I did. once we finally got it put together after 6 days it looked pretty good and is sturdy ... show more

We had several times that it has rained. My husband has sealed it and it still is leaking. It always seems to be a different place. For the cost you would hope that it would not leak. Don't store anything that you do not want to get wet, unless you have lot caulk. It is not like you can take it down to return. ... show more

Please pay attention to how you build you're foundation. The shed is advertised as a 14x14 shed. I build my wood foundation 14x14 to the t. After doing that and putting the track down its 14 feet wide and 14.5 feet long or "Deep". Now i have to add a additional .5ft longer than I originally expected. ... show more

I am planning on using it as a storage for things I have been keeping iny garage, because I want to use my garage as a den, but the building is leaking and it appears that some of the parts are missing.

    • Shed is not worth the money.

I got two of these sheds. Holes are not punched out. Nothing lines up. It's a good thing it comes with self tapping screws cause you need them and a good drill that stays charged. Assembly is a bitch.
