  • Decent value, but...
Color: Blue Grey
Overall, it's a nice, large shed that would've cost much more if it were made of wood or resin, and I'm grateful for the extra space, now that it's assembled. However, the process was far from trouble-free, and there were many instances of cost-cutting that made this a 3-star review rather than a 5-. Just about every single piece of metal had some twist, bend, dent, and paint scratches/flakes, many of which were down to the metal underneath. Knowing how little care was given to their packaging (and the lack thereof), the least they could do is send some touch-up paint, but it doesn't look like they offer it anywhere, even for purchase... I sure haven't been able to find it! I know Arrow can't be held responsible for the shipping company's treatment of the boxes, but they knowingly packed painted pieces of metal on top of each other without so much as a piece of paper between them to keep them from scraping against each other, nor anything bracing the ends keeping them from sliding back and forth. It was inevitable that there'd be damage, and not even a minimal effort was made to keep it from happening. The numbers that are stamped onto the painted panels disappear with the tiniest drop of water, which is great for getting rid of them after the shed is assembled, but they wipe off so easily that they don't tend to survive the assembly. Either a piece of plastic film should be put over the numbers, or they should be printed with permanent ink on the back of the panels where they wouldn't show. The very first two pieces to be screwed together in the first step didn't fit: they should've been mirror images of each other, but they were the same, so holes had to be filled to join them together. Luckily, that wasn't the case for most pieces, but it wasn't a great way to start a time-consuming build. The images in the construction manual could've been larger and clearer, too. The walls are EXTREMELY flimsy until they're braced in the center, and this is where the directions need to be amended. When we noticed the side and back walls were swaying dangerously with a slight breeze, we decided to skip ahead and brace them in the center before doing anything else, and that's the only reason we didn't wake up to a crumpled lump of tinfoil the next morning (thank goodness he's smart enough to have figured this out). The bending and warping of the pieces meant that there are sections of the walls that bow out, and it made assembling the walls and roof more difficult than I think it would have been were they as straight as they probably were when they left the company. Holes had to be drilled in order to set a few more screws, and he's going to follow up with some self-tapping metal screws to seal up some places where the metal is bowed out. I believe that the shipping company's care of the boxes have a lot to do with how easily people are able to assemble their shed, but if this expensive item were properly packaged, it wouldn't be nearly as much of an issue. Almost all of the problems I have with this shed stem from the company cutting corners due to cost: flimsy metal, bad packaging resulting in bent pieces, cheap hardware (why are the door handles of a metal shed made of plastic?), and instructions that can be somewhat ambiguous. On the other hand, there's a ton of room in this thing, and I'm looking forward to clearing out my garage and being able to access my tools much, much more easily! ... show more

  • Panels not fitting
Color: Flute Grey
This is the worst project I’ve have ever done. I had to replace top rails to 1 inch angle iron aluminum. And bent pieces . You can’t do this with one person and me being 64 don’t help.

  • not happy with overall product
Color: Flute Grey
I'm not happy with the way the whole thing lined up. it's perfectly square and the roof leaks in a few spot. so I calked some spots and just going to deal with it. I had a issue with wind blowing the front part over while building and the company was so nice and understanding and sent replacement parts free of charge , so I'll take the good with the bad. customer service is outstanding ... show more

  • Crooked as crap
Color: Charcoal
The worst shed I ever put together. We are still working to somehow put the shed together. Had a squared off base. Everything was measured, but unfortunately the parts did not line up. Been working on it now for about 5 weekends and still have to finish the roof and doors. Crooked mess is all I can say!! Invest in something better. I would not purchase again. ... show more
