Description

Introducing the EZEE Shed from Arrow- a shed that builds in half the time. The 6' x 5' metal shed is constructed of electro-galvanized steel and features a design that is 2x stronger than leading steel sheds on the market. The unique panel geometry is more impact resistant and results in less damage and denting. It also features the revolutionary Snap-It Quick Assembly system that cuts down assembly time by 50% compared to most steel sheds on the market today. The EZEE Shed's unique bonding process means panels overlap every 12 inches, increasing both the thickness and overall strength of the unit. It has a reduced number of fasteners across walls, roof, and doors and no more difficult nut and bolt connections- resulting in a faster and easier assembly! The EZEE metal storage shed also features improved roof assembly that allows for ground assembly of the roof for easier and faster roof attachment. The included low gable roof and vents improve ventilation and air circulation within the unit. The EZEE Shed's attractive swing door design allows for easier access to your items and features a heavy duty framed out design. The doors are set on 3 hinges for extra durability and is pad-lockable to secure belongings (padlock not included). The EZEE Shed is a strong and modern alternative to your standard backyard shed, and the next step up in steel shed assembly and design. • Quick but flimsy.
If time in putting your shed together is your number one concern, then this will no doubt cut that time down. That being said, the snap technology isn't that great. This shed will no doubt shield your belongings from rain and minor wind, but I have no confidence in this shed truly holding up in a real storm. I live in South Florida, so I imaging I define "real storm" differently than other parts of the country. Be sure to check the contents of the package upon delivery. If it is made of steel, it's paper thin and easily bends, which can make the snapping mechanism difficult to impossible. ... show more

  • More like 5' x 4'
Let me just get this out of the way, this shed is not 6x5 at all. I build a wood framed foundation that is 6x5 in anticipation for this shed so that I would have a solid place to build and mount this shed off the ground. After getting all of the wall panels built and connected it became immediately apparent that this shed is not the advertised size. The box and instructions all stated 6x5 so either the pieces are all for the wrong shed or this was a complete lie. While I don't recommend using their snap-tight system if you reverse the order that the pieces lay then you will get some nice pre-drilled holes that you can use the included screws and washers with. You will need to buy an extra set of washers and screws at your local hardware store but for $4 it is definitely worth not having to deal with the headache. One thing that people have commented on is the lack of floor frame or anchors. I can understand their frustration due to the lack of disclaimer however it is also understandable given the different ways to bolt this shed down. I purchased the earth anchor kit which included some wonderful corners that were well angled and some pigtail screws. After boring a hole through the plywood at each corner and twisting these in I can say that this shed is as solid as ever and is all but tornado proof. I would also say that this shed is about as sturdy as one could expect from a corrugated structure which means I can lean on it without worrying about the whole thing crumbling. In review, the size is definitely not as advertised, buy some extra screws and washers, make sure to buy some form of anchor or brace, and enjoy a decent little cheap shed. ... show more

  • Not easy to put together
This is not an “EZ” project. There are a ton of pieces, one at least came bent in the box. You have to buy additional material to build the base of the shed and you have to have two people and a good amount of tools to build it. It came very late because of the hurricane delays, understandable, however, I am just now getting the time to be able to put it together and I wish I could return it, but it is out of the window of time to return. I highly recommend spending a little more money on a better product. ... show more

  • Don't Buy This
I am a purchaser of this item in the Midwest of the United States. I don't often write reviews, it either has to be very good or really bad. This shed falls into the latter. First; there were damaged panels, however because of the thin steel. I was able to straighten the damage to a usable condition. Second; Parts were missing and extra parts were in their place, again I was able to reform the extra one and use it. Third; The directions were almost not usable, poor details, little or no text, if not for the fact I am an engineer, I would have sent it back. Forth; a lot of the predrilled holes didn't line up. This added to the frustration. All in all: The only reason this shed is called EZEE is probably because it is EZZE for them to manufacture and ship it. Last comment; CHEAP CHINEESE CRAP. Stay clear!!! ... show more

  • Flimsy and takes a long time to assemble
It took a friend and I about 5 1/2 hours to put this together. It didn’t come with all the screws needed. Unless you build a base or platform to attach it to, I hope you’re not setting this up anywhere windy because it’s light and flimsy. About what you’d expect for a $335 shed kit. I wouldn’t recommend it and I’ll never buy anything like this again. ... show more

  • Waste of money
First off when I opened the box several pieces were bent and dinged up. Second it is not EZEE to put together. I worked on it for an hour and a half and did not finish because the pieces would not stay snapped together and because of the bent pieces wouldn't snap together in some places. I just basically threw away $250. ... show more

  • Keep tools and junk dry
I have to wait till warmer/dryer weather to put this up. But its the size I wanted and a good price with a DOOR not a slide door. I will probably reinforce inside with 1x2s, put up shelves and paint it. I have no garage. Instead of using wood that will rot I bought metal floor joists. We have carpenter ants. Almost as bad as termites. ... show more

Be careful when you purchase. They don’t ship these units very well. Parts of the shed was bent and due to it being at and angle there was a lot of work. To the metal by myself. Just be advise when purchasing!
