We bought this shed based on the size and the price....before reading any reviews. After purchasing I read the reviews and was concerned about all the negative comments. Now that we have received our shed and are almost finished putting it together, I can say that it is a great shed! Very sturdy! I believe some of the negative reviews about sturdiness or quality may be coming from people who are not putting it together correctly. It is NOT EASY TO PUT TOGETHER. This item comes in about 1,000 parts (not kidding)! Its got a huge instruction book and if not followed closely, it can be very confusing and you could end up with parts in the wrong place. If not put together correctly, it also will not be strong and sturdy as it should be. If you're good with directions and not afraid to tackle a big project, this is a great shed for the price! Bought this shed in May of 2018. Took around 7 hours to assemble. The process was extremely difficult. The pieces would lock together after some serious pushing. However, when attaching another panel to connect the previous panels, they would unlatch and come apart. It was seriously a nightmare. We then had to use screws to keep the panels together which put some dents in the panels which was not attractive. All in all the process was extremely difficult and frustrating. Just this last week (November), we were alerted by neighbors that our shed was completely torn apart. It rained the night before with normal wind that occurs during a storm. Not high winds. I immediately emailed the company we purchased it through and have received no response. Can't imagine how much sooner this shed would have been torn apart if we didn't use screws to hold it together. Do yourself a favor and do not purschase this shed. Spend the extra money on a wooden shed. ... show more

The panels are supposed to snap together and THEY DO NOT. My husband and I both sliced our hands pretty deep sliding on the floor base onto the walls. We used extra self-tapping screws to keep the panels together because it did not work how it was designed. The directions are a nightmare... they're not instructions they're a picture book that makes no sense. Overall the shed is great, happy that it's built. Just a pain to do. ... show more

Good value. It is heavy and has a million pieces. If you are not good at putting things together this is not for you. Does not have a floor. I know this info is overlooked. But is listed in the description. Its not heavy duty.. Definitely has to be anchored.. perfectly for kids to store their Nerf items in. ... show more

I consider myself a person with above average skills in building and repairing things. I do everything around the house from plumbing, appliance repair, my car repairs, to even building simple furniture from wood. I found building this very difficult. It took me more than a week working about an hour a day on it. The instructions are not clear, and techniques and skills to build this is not common. It took me long time just to figure out what do they mean in the instruction and how to put them together. Even after, you put things together, you find out in next few pages that you have to put them the other way, so you have to do it again. At the end, you find out it is not very strong either, and the walls bent easily. The least they can do to improve things is to include better manual, or professional construction video about this. Many times I thought, I should have bought 2x4s studs and build it from scratch. It would have been easier, cheaper, and stronger. The only advantage of this is the walls are very thin and does not take much space, then again it makes them weak. ... show more

Nothing EZ about it. To start I'm decently handy, I can do basic plumbing, electrical and renovated an entire kitchen myself. This shed is probably the most annoying project I've ever done in my entire life which was previously crown moulding. The directions are horrible, there is barely any writing and it's almost all pictures. The labeling of panels are awful, some of the panels are half stamped and some have smudged ink. The numbering is bizarre and could easily be mistaken for a different number. I'm also missing a corner piece that connects the frame. At least once per step I've had to disassemble and reassemble it a different way. I specifically bought this because it was the easiest metal shed on the market and If this is the easiest and best known brand and I don't understand how the company exists. The thought of throwing it in the trash and building my own shed with lumber and hand tools is more satisfying than putting the roof and doors on this thing to finish it off. When complete I'll probably have 20-25 hours of installation time not including the base which is completely unacceptable for a product with the name of EZ and listed with a 6 hour install time between two people. ... show more

What a piece of crap. If I hadn’t spent 3 times as much as the shed cost to have a very experienced contractor put it together, I would have returned it. It took 7 frustrating hours, there’s no floor, pieces were bent and a struggle all the way. It is a tinny piece of crap. I have no doubt from the ridiculous way it goes together.’that it will leak if it rains or blow away during a windy rain. I’m fairly small and I can lift the entire constructed shed with one hand. I thought I was buying a $250 shed, but what I have is an $800 shed. With no floor, tinny and weak. Save yourself and DONT BUY THIS ... show more
