The media could not be loaded. This is the second camera I have bought.. this one tops the other one I bought without a doubt! Hubby was in an accident and needed one. First off, the camera is NOT 5k unless you are not using the rear camera. Why would I get a rear camera and not use it, and why is it capable of 5k in the front unless the rear camera is used? Second, it has an SD card, so why is it continuously stopping recording as I drive. It constantly announces "recording stopped/started" as I am driving. It happens about three times an hour anywhere from 3 minute periods to ten. I just almost hit a pedestrian who ran out in front of my car, only to hear "recording started" 30 seconds later. This accident could have been real trouble for me without that footage. I don't care if there is reception, you have an SD card inserted, DONT STOP RECORDING! Would not recommend this camera at all (obviously). Aside from that, plenty of little annoyances like the SD card being right next to the power cord making removal of the sd difficult, the camera does not slide out of its base, and randomly hearing pictures being snapped as I drive for no reason at all (they are in the album, so I know it is). Unfortunately, I could not install it for a while do to my car being in the shop (I was hit), so I was past the return time period before discovering all this. Cord length was good, whoopty doo.

Camera is excellent very good quality, easy to instal, BUT about to week later it will not connect to your phone when you want to view any footage. It’ll keep saying connection failed or it gets to the point where it makes you email them the problem so they can call you, or sometimes when you start your vechile you’ll need to unplug it and plug it back in to start recording.

Trouble connecting phone some of the time. Almost once a week I keep getting audio on “Recording Stopped.” I then have to reconnect. Update: camera does not work with 45 degree cold weather outside. This is a ridiculous camera . It seems to work during warmer weather. Update Update: This Camera is not worth it. It used to say Camera on, but now it wont start because camera is powering-up.

I bought it based on other reviews online and ease of installation! I have to say directions were pretty straightforward to use! My only complaint was the flimsy installation tool! Great dashcam!

I bought this camera back on feb 2024 , First at all nothing wrong with camera but after week number several weeks I unable to connect to wifi and cant even view real time video . I did contacted customer service but Sunny did not resolve my issue . Now I cant return to Amzon becuase over 60days .
