I will say the charger they give you doesn’t fit or you have to really jam it in for the charger to go through. It came charged. And after use my face was soft. The device is easy to use, at first it might feel uncomfortable because it’s a random suction on your face. The quality is nice it comes with I think 3 different sets of tops so if you have blackheads/pores in bigger or smaller spots they have different tops to get them. This machine is very powerful for its price, but it did not do what I needed it to do so I am returning it. The return policy is so difficult. I am sitting here trying to figure out how I’m going to return it and I am hoping I don’t miss the return window. I would’ve given it five stars even though it did not do what I needed it to do, because it is powerful but the return policy is so difficult It’s ridiculous. Also, it does not hold charge good I had to constantly recharge it.

I have to say I was nervous about purchasing this product, all because of reviews but this product had the best reviews so I took my $15 chance and let me tell you, I absolutely love this product!!!. Now!!! It does come charged but not fully charged so you want to charge a little longer. The suction is wonderful and worth the hype!!! PLEASE READ THIS PART!!! I recommend for easy extraction!!! Open your pores with a nice hot rag for about 1 minute or 2 then you’re going to add a black head scrub, make sure to rub it nice. Done! okay so now wipe that way! Next you add face cleansing cream and apply a hot rag over the cream on your face. Don’t let the rag get too cold you can always add more hot water. Then after those steps, wipe the cream off. Then you turn this sucker on and suck away, glide it across the area you’re working on. Or it will leave rings on your face if on a spot to long! After apply some ice, then face moisturizer. Also using the blackhead tools are great! I recommend doing this 2-3 times a week for better results. Don’t let them black heads build up! I never leave reviews but I felt this was worth it due to a lot of people leaving bad reviews. It’s not the product it’s the person using it incorrectly!
