  • Big Sound in a Tiny Package: The Ultimate Travel Amp!
Cute little monster! This portable 5W Amp has plenty of bite for something this size. The Clean and Overdrive modes both deliver just the right effects, offering versatile tones for practice or performance. What would really make this mini amp even better is reverb and echo—especially for those who don’t want to lug around additional pedals while traveling. However, its impressive battery life and portable design make it a strong contender for musicians on the go. Pros: ✔️ Clear and Customizable Sound – With Gain, Tone, and Volume controls, you can easily dial in the perfect sound for smooth or gritty play. ✔️ Portable and Lightweight – Weighing just 0.67lb, this amp is incredibly easy to carry, making it perfect for home practice or outdoor gigs. ✔️ Wireless Connectivity – Equipped with Wireless 5.3, you can easily stream your favorite tracks or backing music, and the AUX In offers even more options. ✔️ Silent Practice – Headphone output allows for late-night or private practice sessions, ideal for shared spaces. ✔️ Long Battery Life – Up to 7 hours of playtime on a single charge, with quick recharging via Type-C. Cons: ❌ Lack of Reverb and Echo – Missing these effects means you’ll need additional pedals for more complex soundscapes. ❌ Limited Wattage – While 5W is perfect for practice, it may not be loud enough for large performances without additional amplification. Final Thoughts: This mini amp is the perfect travel companion for any guitarist looking for a portable solution with surprisingly rich sound. Wireless streaming, easy portability, and long battery life make it a great option for practicing, jamming, or performing in small settings. If you can do without reverb and echo, it’s an excellent, compact amp for the musician on the move. 🎸 ... show more

  • Great little practice amp
This little amp is a fun addition to my workspace—perfect for noodling around on my guitar without dragging out the big setup. I used it while working on a wood carving project, just playing some mellow riffs in between sanding sessions. The clean tone is nice, and the overdrive has a decent punch for something this size. It’s super compact and easy to carry, making it great for travel or just moving around the house. The rechargeable battery lasts a good while, and I like that I don’t have to keep it plugged in. The retro design is also a nice touch—it looks good sitting on my workbench. Not going to replace a full amp, but for practice or casual playing, it’s surprisingly capable. Definitely worth it if you want something portable with decent sound. ... show more

  • Surprisingly robust
I got this amp in part because it's rechargeable and it doubles as a Bluetooth speaker. But mostly, I got it because of it's convenient size, meaning I can keep it almost anywhere. If I get an itch to play guitar in my dining room after dinner, there it is, the bare essentials, taking up very little space, but still sounding very good. Of course it doesn't have the deep, rich tone you get from a larger cabinet, but for its compact size, the sound quality is surprisingly robust. The amp works flawlessly with my 5GHz wireless guitar setup, and the gain and tone knobs give you basic control over the sound if you prefer to keep it simple and pedal free. Overall, this is a fantastic little amp that's compact and portable, sounds pretty good, and reasonably priced. Recommended. ... show more

  • 50 bucks for 5 watts?
This tiny amp is 5 watts, so you're not going to get a lot of volume, but it's enough to quietly practice your electric guitar skills. I like that there are tone and gain knobs, and also an overdrive button. In one sense it's really wonderful that way, but then you get to the price, which is ridiculous in my opinion. Of course as I'm writing this review the regular price of $50 has been cut in half, to $25, and I would say that is DEFINITELY a fair price. After all, this is very portable, and the sound is not bad at all. ... show more

  • Nice Little Guitar AMP
Nice little amp. Good for a beginner to practice with. It doesn't have much bass the the mids and highs are crips. Not the best for play music from your phone but it does ok. Its a guitar amp first and bluetooth seconded.

  • a fun, but limited, practice amp
I didn't really need this—I'm content plugging in to my phone, tablet, or computer—but it looked like it could be a fun little toy, so I decided to give it a try. The build quality is OK. It's all plastic, but fairly rigid. The controls feel pretty solid—hardly any wiggle—and should hold up pretty well. And the front has a nice retro woven fabric cover. Sound, though, is a mixed bag. As a Bluetooth speaker, it is fine. A little muddy at times, but OK given its size. If anything, it's a nice add on. It also had a headphone jack for when you do not want your neighbors to hear you practice. In terms of guitar functionality, it has two main options: clean and overdrive. You can also play with the gain and tone—as well as the volume, obviously. Honestly, these are fine, for the price, but stepping up to other models/brands will given you more options, albeit at a higher price. I haven't really had a chance to test the advertised battery life of seven hours. The capacity isn't advertised anywhere and there's no indicator on the amp itself. That said, I suspect it's probably more like five hours, depending on how you are using it—BT will drain faster than plugging in a guitar. Overall, this is a fun toy, but nothing more. ... show more

  • Awesome looking bluetooth speaker.
While I dont use this for a guitar amp, I do use this as a bluetooth player and a piece of decor. It looks awesome and goes very well in an office. The build quality is nice and I do not have any problems with the design. The sound is okay (a bit tinny) but it's also not very expensive. I love that it is bluetooth but while using the bluetooth the knobs do not work but when using the 1/4 jack they work fine. It is quite small and fits nicely on a shelf or take it with you. I hook this up to my outdoor projector for better sound quality. ... show more
