Works as it should. Super easy to install. 10 minutes. I was annoyed when it says that you have to turn off the faucet every time you have to use it. Because that is like having to turn off your water to your toilet tank every time you are finished using it, which makes no sense. But I think that’s just legality reasons to put that there. Just make sure you follow the instructions and turn it off when not in use so there's no constant water pressure running through the hose, otherwise who knows. Does this make me feel like I'm staying at a 5-star resort? No. Has it made trips to the bathroom way more efficient and comfortable? Yes. There's one temperature, that's it. If you're not expecting it, it can be a little chilly, but it's not too shocking. You do need to make sure you turn the valve on and off between visits (it's simple), and we haven't had any leaks or issues. It would be nice if the lever was a little more sensitive instead of going from 0-60 in a fraction of an inch. It seems cleaner than other models where the nozzle stays inside the bowl, but if you're not careful, you can spray water everywhere.
