I chose these to go with a Mid-Century modern decor and am very happy with them. The instructions for assembly were easy to follow and came with everything that was needed. I assembled them by myself in about 10 minutes. They seem to be sturdy and I use them regularly. I am 6'2" and about 200# and they take my frame with ease. The colors are true to the photos. I loved how these looked online but was a bit worried about the sturdiness of stools I would need to assemble. First, they went together in a flash (super easy). Second, they are very comfortable. Third, they wipe clean which is great with kids who use everything as a napkin. And, they are very, very sturdy. They are a little narrow and lack significant depth. So, if you have someone on the wider and taller side in your house you might want to get one and try it before buying multiple. I am 5'8" and they are perfect for me. Love the looks of these counter stools, can fit the stools under the counter, and they were easy to put together. I'm 5ft.2in. and the seat length is too short for comfort. From the back to the front of the seat is approximately 16 inches and when sitting the seat ends half way to my knees.
