The blinds look so nice and the two tone color blends perfectly in my log home. I was going to go with a dark brown but it sold out but I am glad I went with these instead! Quality seems good and husband installed without difficulty. Mounting hardware missing in one and custom service was fabulous, easy to reach and shipped new hardware out quickly. Our new home has many windows altogether and I am in the process of setting money aside to order several more. Lightfiltering during day, a bit see through at night.. just close the drapes over for more privacy. Denali Color is beautiful, it matches the Hatteras camel from another seller. Beautiful blind, easy install and fit perfectly, easy to push up and pull down such a fun texture to room. Wish they sold more sizes to accommodate our other windows, as they are reasonably priced! 38”x 60” of pure quality! This is exactly what I envisioned when I took a chance on this very reasonably price shade. I needed some texture on the window and this shade delivered. Overall, I'm very satisfied with these shades. They suit the look I was going for aesthetically for a price I could actually afford. I love how easy they are to hang! I waxñs able to hang all of them by myself without any trouble. Note: you do need a screw gun. Also, as it says, they are LIGHT FILTERING...not blackout. I'd say their effect is similar to sitting under decent tree shade on a sunny day or when a cloud briefly blocks out the sunshine. This was all I needed for my west-facing windows. My house is offset in such a way that anyone driving on the cross-streets outside could see inside my home so I wanted something that would offer privacy, yet still allow for a nice amount of light and an open feel. These do just that. They look great with curtains and without. As others have mentioned, they are slightly less aesthetically pleasing from the back as you can see the white cords for the pull mechanism, but that would only bother me if these were more expensive. A few other negatives for me are that you can see the black plastic pull mechanism on the top even through the flap, they are quite delicate (I snapped a twig or two just unraveling them and getting th hung), and 2 out of the 3 I've ordered and put up are slightly crooked (not related to user error). Ultimately, I would recommend (although I might regret it if they become out of stock or the price goes up lol). ... show more

I ordered 4 of these Roman shades and they are very nice for the price point. Easy to install, hang straight and work well with the wooden bar on the bottom. Be aware that without a liner or a drape to cover them they are transparent. Our windows face south and during the day you can see out through them but have a sense of privacy inside but at night they are transparent from outside looking in…..depending on your needs these can be a great buy. ... show more

We wanted cordless blinds for the cabin that looked good but didn't cost a fortune. These are perfect. They were easy to intall and are easy to lift and lower. The ability to adjust a bit from side to side while installing was really helpful to get a perfect fit. The last bamboo roman shades I purchased were in Home Depot probably close to over 15 yrs ago. Well fast forward to now & my goodness have their prices gone way up for the same product. Thank goodness for Amazon & having this similar model [& now they are cordless - even better!] at an extremely reasonable price.
