Jukebox worked for a couple months and now we have no sound. From what I can find, there’s a system reset of some sort but no way to figure out how to actually do it. It looks nice but functionally, not worth the money. We have a jukebox that doesn’t play sound.

The media could not be loaded. If you're looking for an audio system that can almost do anything this is definitely that! But if you're afraid of a business you've never heard about let me calm your worries and say this company definitely stands by their product and will not rest until it's at your level of expectations which is exactly what they did for me! Story time! When I first got this machine I was excited for one thing and that was the capability of playing records, but sadly the record player in the unit was defective. Simply messaging them on their website quickly got me someone who was determined to get this working for me, even was at the warehouse searching for a replacement turntable for the unit instead of sitting in an office which was mind blowing to me. Sadly at the time they didn't have another turntable but they kept me up to date about the new one coming which also sadly from a third party that had updated the hardware and it didn't work in their machines. Though they didn't stop there, they went back to the warehouse, grabbed a jukebox and made sure it worked before sending me out a beautiful all in one sound system that I'm in love with! What I'm getting at is this company worked day and night to solve my issue which larger companies wouldn't do and yeah it would've been nice to have it working on day one but that's how sometimes these things go. It's definitely a lovely product especially when you don't have to worry about it. Long story short, I highly recommend this company and their product! ... show more
