Bed arrived with wrong size screws. Contacted seller, but because we were needing the bed urgent for a home patient, a friend went to hardware store and brought some that did the job. Some flaky cuts on some pieces, can be fixed with sandpaper. Home patient happy and comfortable. The natural smell of wood fills the room and serves as aromatherapy. Overall. nice sturdy, unfinished wood bed. but difficult to assemble and finish because: 1. All routed curves required some fine sanding before staining 2. Cheap Styrofoam packaging stuck to all pieces and had to be scrapped off some 3. All pieces had to be scrapped or brushed to get the debris off 4. My floors had to be vacuumed. 5. Sides were bowed requiring 2 persons to bend straight while screwing in slats to hold them straight while assembled bed was on its side. 6 some screws a little too long or too cheap 7 headboard/footboard are not preassembled 8. assembled bed seem an inch+ too wide for the mattress with coverings God help you finding a better full extra long though. ... show more

Overall, good product for the price point. Can't expect much more from a $200 frame. Especially with how hard it is to find one for a Full XL mattress. Easy to assemble, etc. However there is quite a bit of a gap between the mattress and the side of the frame, that's one thing that I dislike about this product. Also, the piece for the foot board is a bit too tall in the middle. But, overall decent. ... show more
