I purchased this snowblower in November 2021, and I have only used it once, a month later. Since then, it will not consistently start, and I have tried everything to get it to work: I have replaced the carburetor, changed the oil, drained the gas and replaced it, and tried both the pull and electric start. I brought it to a local repair shop that charged me a ton of money to replace the carburetor (which was apparently not under warranty). I signed up for a small engine repair class in December 2023 to get some help from an expert, so I could learn how to fix the snowblower myself, and we did actually get it working. But now, a month later, it will still not start again, and there's a snowstorm coming to New England tomorrow. I would NOT recommend anyone buy this snowblower.
