These are the best boots/shoes I’ve ever bought. I got them to help with disaster relief efforts so you know that they have definitely been tested beyond normal wear and tear. I wore them for 3 weeks and they have held up completely fine. They were immediately comfortable, they fit, and every night I would grab a hose and hose them off while I wore them and nothing would seep through. Part of what we were doing was tearing down homes to the studs so I definitely kicked through a lot of things and the steel toe held up and I didn’t feel anything. They also passed through TSA without a problem or checking my backpack (that I stowed them in). I did get some blisters from rubbing on my heel but weirdly enough, it didn’t really hurt. When you wear high heels and get blisters, those hurt, this was more like a gradual wearing down of my heel. I think wearing cushioned socks really helped with all of that. And to be fair, I didn’t have time to wear them in. I would highly recommend these to anyone. ... show more

Ordered normal size, added wide (because of steel toe and have had bunion surgeries). These are a great pair of boots. No breaking in needed. Recommended size was an 8. I've got a few pairs of Ariat's in size 7: Fatbaby Heritage/s and Unbridled Roper. Went with a 7.5 wide in the Treadfast and am very pleased. Would purchase again and recommend. ... show more

These boots have fantastic ankle support, work well with my lady’s narrow foot, and have very comfortable soles for standing/working/walking on concrete and uneven, unpaved surfaces. She would purchase again…uses on construction sites and for environmental field work.

I love this brand and bought the same shoe 1 year ago however, my new pair on my 3rd toe it ends up getting bruised after 2 days of wearing. Not sure if the design changed but the new shoe is different.

I like these boots! It has been 5 months since I bought them. The first few days, the boots were super stiff. The stiffests boots I've ever had to break in. It wasn't uncomfortable, though. It just felt like I was walking on planks. Haha. After that, they were just fine. They get beat up at work, and they're still holding up well. I have nothing peeling or ungluing. They also fit good. I tend to go through a lot of boots. I'll stick with this brand from now on! Work gives me $100 to put towards a pair each year. These are a good price.
