Buy them
Size: 12
Color: Aged Bark
Very tight but breaking them in and getting better. So tight now that the BOA is not needed. Comfortable & light. Not sure what a carbon toe is that's in the description but these say soft toe on the box and I cannot feel any protection in the toe. Made in Vietnam. Will update how they hold up at work. Update: holding up well. My favorite boots. They feel like they're molded to my feet.

Love language for a laced work boots hater
Size: 10 Wide
Color: Bruin Brown/Dark Forest
I am an oil field worker, used pull on boots pretty much my entire career, until recently our health-safety-environmental department made it mandatory to wear boots with some type of fastening system. I absolutely hated using laced or other easy-tie (similar to these) boots with exposed fasteners, because I couldn't tuck my pants in, and the laces or the tie strings would get dirty and will be a hassle to clean. Pros: These are functionally similar to pull on western boots. I can tuck my pants in and clean them up with a quick hose down or a wet wipe. Glad to have my old life back! Very comfortable for all day use. Been getting lots of queries since I started wearing them. Looks like Ariat just opened up a huge market with this design. Cons: I was expecting to fool my HSE supe, and use these boots like regular pull on boots, without ever using the laces. That's not possible. These have more room around ankle (compared to Ariat's U-turn entry system boots- Workhog), which makes it uncomfortable to walk without fastening laces. The main problem are the crank knobs. They are right where I seem to rub my boots when climbing down the stairs. The side welts around the cuffs of these boots flare out more than regular western boots, which makes the problem worse. As you can see in the picture, I already knocked off the lid (thank god only cosmetic) off of the left one, and the right one got scuffed up pretty bad within the first day. @Ariat, can you send me a replacement cover for the left shoe? I will be happy to pay :) Update: Ariat promptly mailed be free replacements for the cranks. Great customer service from them. All I had to do is get in touch, send a picture of the broken cranks. Took only 2 emails.

Pro level
First thing is these are not cheap. 2nd thing is the one of a kind BOA System. 3rd thing is the sole(amazing) . 4th thing is just the right amount of insulation, cool enough for July, warm enough for February. 5th is waterproof. 6th is styling, in Philly I get compliments every time I get out of my truck. 7th thing is comfort by the gallon. These boots are luxury for the guy who already has everything else. I put them on at 545am and take them off at 630pm daily. These are worth every cent and I look forward to putting them on every morning. Buy them if you can afford them. They will last 12-18 months. You WILL ❤️ them. These boots work well on concrete all day everyday. If you're still reading this, just buy them. They're as good as you think they're going to be. You're welcome.

Get these
Size: 12 Wide
Color: Bruin Brown/Dark Forest
Worn them for a few months now and I can genuinely say they're the best boots I've ever owned. The boa laces are a game changer for ankle support, I've worn wolverines, red wings, etc for years with all sorts of insoles and I still came home with sore feet/legs, never had that issue with these.

Best fitting pull on ever
Size: 10 Wide
Color: Bruin Brown/Dark Forest
I’ve had these boots for over a year now. It is amazing that they have lasted, most don’t. I work in a salvage yard and it is hell on boots. These are the best fitting pull ons I have owned, even without the boa tight. With the boa tight I can sprint in these things. Too bad one boa failed 8 months in, the plastic coating on the cable frayed and the knob broke on my 2nd repair attempt. Very little heel wear even without it. Had the outsole break on the instep of both boots very early on but no issues. Probably from climbing in and out of equipment. Really want to give them 5 stars, but one boa failed and $300 is a lot of money.

Boa system doesn't last
Size: 11.5
Color: Bruin Brown/Dark Forest
Love these boots and have had several pairs but the last 2 the string internal of the boot is breaking and is not under boa's lifetime warranty because it's internal. The boots then are too loose and are not as comfortable. The last pair made it 14months before it broke. The pair I currently have broke after 4 months. So now to deal with ariats horrible customer service to get them warrantied. .

Tightens around ONLY THE ANKLE
Size: 12
Color: Bruin Brown
They have a great fit no matter what around the ankle with the boa. Locked in when you need it and relaxed when you want at a click of a button. I work on robots and have to climb on odd things and these boots leave me sure footed without hurting the top of my foot. The tightening system only tightens around the upper to mid ankle and the insoles are swappable to allow for a more arch supporting insole. My last shoes supported my arches some but only if I cinched down the top of foot laces. After all day those left me in pain and these leave me feeling like a fresh cowboy after a hard days work without the achy feet.

Like putting on slippers and the BOA SYSTEM tightens right where you want. very comfortable.
Size: 12 Wide
Color: Bruin Brown/Dark Forest
I bought these and so far I love theses Boots. Slips on like slippers no bending over for this fat guy. And the BOA SYSTEM makes it comfortable when walking you don’t have the usual slip that gives you blisters and sore feet, they tighten just were you need it. I’ve been in water most of the time I work as a water bottle driver for the oilfield and so far no water is penetrating. And as durability I will check back in a couple months. And when buying them always go wider than you usually do and the shoe size is pretty close.
