The Ariat Men’s Outpace Shift Composite Toe Work Shoe provides sneaker-like comfort with work safety and durability. Built for indoor environments and working long shifts on hard floors. Designed with 4LR technology to provide lightweight support and stability no matter the conditions. They provide added comfort with the removable All Day Cushioning insole and FLX Foam midsole for a light springy feel that cushions every step. The oil- and slip-resisting Duratread outsole offers maximum wear resistance and passes hot contact tests at 300°C/572°F. With leather, mesh panels, and polyester lining, you’ll have durability and support on the job. A lightly padded collar and tongue add support, while the flat bottom design is not ladder-friendly and features a no-defined heel. With cement construction, this working shoe for men delivers long-lasting use. Meeting ASTM F2413 and F3445 standards for slip resistance, safety toe protection, and electrical hazard resistance. They are also non- metallic for added safety and are metal-detector friendly.

I tried them on and laced them up, perfect fit, they feel comfortable, have good arch support and are light weight. The composite toe is lighter than a steel toe, they are made from fairly robust material so should last a long time. Wide fit is the correct fit for me, and these shoes are ideal.

I'm 50 years old, not new. I have Red Wing Danner Sorel and all kinds of other boots and shoes... these are the shiz, hands down game changer. Out the box they do not breaking into one bit and very solid construction which is nuts. Indeed true to size so I may end up getting a slim insole for extra snugness but not needed for comfort no way. You can stand in these allllll day. Get your size and wide preferrably unless you do actually have a really narrow foot. Im a 10.5 wide and got 11w and its just a tad big and the crazy part is you dont need boot socks you can ware poly/flex/thin socks and the fabric lining is so on point in the comfort dept. Molded perfectly to seat the heal back and grab the upper and the heel lock eyelet makes these a beast in the work world.. The toes are solid and they breath. Too good to be true. I got the camo but would consider getting black in a year if they come down in price. I pray they keep these on the menu but it's up to us to let them know, Thank ARIAT for making a real damn shoe we can wear in the warehouse. ... show more

These work boots are supposed to be good for concrete floors and that they are not. The soles are very uncomfortable and after 2-3 hours foot fatigue set in, which means that the rest of the work day is uncomfortable to say the least. The start of the shift felt ok and then it felt like walking on bare concrete as if the insole just disappeared. Would not buy again, wish I didn't miss my return window. ... show more

For the price they aren’t bad. I got them because I walk a lot for work but need steel toe. Sadly they broke down super fast. I’d say they’re perfect if you don’t walk a lot.

Very stiff and uncomfortable so I returned them for a refund. In their place I bought hands free Orthofeet boots which slide on and are soft and comfortable.
