    • Love this dresser
Color: Soft White
Much nicer quality than I was expecting for the price. Very sturdy and heavy! Assembly took quite a long time (I worked on it an hour or so for 3 or 4 nights) but the instructions were very clear and I appreciated the humorous comments. Looks great assembled and the drawers all close perfectly without extra adjustments. ... show more

    • Nice addition
I came across these cute nightstands that are the perfect addition to the room and decided to try the matching chest as well. Assembly wasn’t that difficult just a little time consuming but make sure you read the directions and you should be fine. The chest is very sturdy and of good quality. I am very pleased with the purchase. ... show more

    • Patience is key!
Color: Soft White
I have several pieces from cottage road and they are well made. This dresser takes patience to build. When I was done, the drawers didn't slide nicely so I had to adjust each one and then I took some wd40 silicone spray to the rails... slide nicely now. If you have the patience to build it, you will enjoy it. ... show more

    • worth the money
Color: Soft White
I first ordered this and a matching nightstand. It was perfect for my coastal home. The instructions were so easy to follow, and yes as a woman I follow the instructions. LOL 😂 I reordered another dresser and 3 more nightstands . the only thing, I'd like to have this company pack 1 extra part of each kind and to pack them individually. One of the parts was broken and I had to wait for a replacement. With that said the company sent out the part the next day . I would buy from Sauder again not only because it's " American made" but because its good quality. ... show more

    • perfect chest of drawers
Color: Soft White
This chest of drawers is perfect. I've had it for a few years and it's still in perfect condition. The drawers have plenty of space for everything I store. The quality is very good. 100% recommended.

    • Deep drawers but flimsy drawer bottoms
Color: Soft White
Pros: This item was packaged really well and felt heavy duty. I like the overall look and deep drawers. The directions were fairly easy to follow and it was easy to put together. I think shipping was free. Cons: The dresser has an odor that I don’t care for. I’m hoping the odor dissipates over time. The drawer bottoms are flimsy material like cardboard and won’t hold much weight - not even fake wood. The back of the drawers is also a flimsy material that you slide into a groove - not even fake wood. The drawers don’t fully open. I think if the rails were longer, that issue could’ve been avoided. There is a few inches of wasted space behind the drawers. I think this could’ve been avoided if the drawers were larger. The backing on the dresser is cardboard that you nail and screw on - again not even fake wood. There was a formaldehyde warning in the instructions. There was also a lot of styrofoam in the packing materials and it’s difficult to get rid of where I live. There is room for improvement in many areas of this dresser. I kept the dresser because it is so heavy (114 lbs or so in package) and I had already assembled it. I do not recommend this item. ... show more

    • Take your time
Be sure to use a screwdriver with a big handle....it is important that the cams are maximum tightness to insure a solid assembly. A small handle makes it difficult to get enough leverage. Pay special attention to the instructions and be sure you are using the proper inserts into the cams. Be very careful with the parts packaging so as not to drop or lose parts. I put the package out of the way of pets, kids, wife, etc. Be careful, take your time and you will get a good build. I especially liked the cam screw on the glides for the drawers...it made it easy to line them up perfectly. ... show more
