Edit: 9/10/2024 Ariat customer service got in touch with me. I emailed them pictures of the boots and they immediately shipped out a new pair. They were absolutely excellent! My husband is a long time Ariat customer. He has always been satisfied with the quality and durability of their boots. He has had some that lasted years. However, this time they only lasted 5 months. I ordered these for my husband’s birthday. He loved them at first, but he started to notice the inside of one feeling uncomfortable. When he removed the insole pad he realized that the bottom of the inside of one of the boots and come unattached and had broken apart. I’m hoping we just got a dud pair. ... show more

The boots are Ariat so quality isn’t in question of course. They are a nice boot! The color is def darker than the picture showed but still very nice looking. This is actually the 2nd pair I ordered. I ordered the first pair and got an expected shipping date of about 2 weeks after purchase and for whatever reason I got an email saying they could not fulfill order due to stock. I got back on Amazon and that exact boot still showed available so I ordered and it came within a week. Not sure what the deal was with my first order but the second one was smooth ... show more
