It is a very thin rug, which was OK by me because it's going on a porch and I want Water to run through it. But keep that in mind if you're using this anywhere else where thickness matters. Like, thin as a blanket, no cushioning at all. But very pretty! It comes folded up into a square so the box is smaller than you will think. I haven't tried to wash it yet and I will post back when I do. Gave four stars though because it is a little bit different than it shows in the picture, It has more black and brown in it than the picture shows. But I'm still keeping it! A good value. The rug came on time. It is beautiful. The colors are exactly as in picture. It is thin as I thought it would be. Looks like I’ll have no trouble putting it in my washer. I love this rug. You can move it and clean it easily. What I don't like , it doesn't hold up to a dog who likes to scratch. Washing it was great. Had to wash several times to get completely clean.
