Instructions were not clear. If you have a decent knowledge of assembly, you’ll be okay. Paint is chipped in odd places. Holes for the backboard didn’t line up. And now, after 10 hours of being set up, one of the net loops is 1/2 broken off. This isn’t the original one I ordered and I’ll be taking that up with Amazon. But buyer be ware. Instructions only include pictures. There is no YouTube assembly video. The apron isn't wide enough to attach to both sides. Buy from a different manufacturer.

I had some kids that ripped the ball return net off of the backboard. Customer support got back to me within 24 hours and replaced the part with no issues. Product worked great with no issues prior to that.

We recently ordered this product and we love it! The directions came with a QR code/videos to make it so much easier to follow the instructions step by step. Everyone in the family loves having shooting competitions. I would highly recommend this product!
