6 months on still loving this arcade! Package was carefully delivered by two Amazon workers in mint condition with one exception of a puncture. I was concerned about such a massive object weighing about 100lbs but pleasantly surprised by how everything was packed inside, not a single scratch or dent on the product itself. Everything is carefully protected inside. Assembly takes about an hour, remember there is a removable film on BOTH sides of the deck protector. Don't want to have to uninstall it later to remove the under side. Cabinet looks and sounds great, love the detail put into it with the artwork, LED deck, and coin doors. Only complaint would be the faded marquis which is a sticker I guess to make it appear vintage, but plan to replace it with an acrylic version from Szabo's. Would have like a 4th or 5th game included, but understand the licensing costs. Overall very pleased with this purchase.

Very cool unit, the 3/4 scale is perfect for .y game room as I would not have the extra funds or space to have a full size arcade machine, my only complaint is the orientation of the player 3 buttons is turned sideways and swapped buttons making it very uncomfortable to play. But I have had tons of fun with friends getting that arcade experience at home!

The media could not be loaded. Cabinet was simple to assemble, given you have a clean table to work on. I cant believe I have my favorite childhood arcade cabinet in my room! Also, Captain America and The Avengers is another favorite childhood beat em up as well! The riser makes the cabinet the perfect height for myself, as I am 5’10”, and the stool sits at a perfect height as well! I am 300 lbs, and the stool gives me zero issues and feels plenty sturdy for someone as heavy as myself! The online works great, and I don’t ever have an issue finding a game to join! I do wish it came with more games, as the Avengers fighting game that is on there, is sub-par at best. My ONLY complaint is that it arrives in the Manufacturer box that very clearly displays what it is, and if it needs to sit outside your front door for a long time, it’s very obvious that it is a valuable item, and could draw the attention of potential thieves! Although, it is VERY heavy, so it would take a team to steal this big guy.

The media could not be loaded. Besides UPS just leaving it outside of my APT without a brown box and not notifying me…… the product is great. Neatly packed and not one damaged piece of material. Directions are pretty straight forward and it’s quality! I recommend for anyone trying to capture that nostalgic feeling and also have a cool decorative piece that friends and family will love.

I bought this a few months ago for my teenage boys. The box is awesome. Everything was in the box. Nothing broken. Putting it together wasn’t fun but we got it done. I will be buying more.

I purchased this in fall 2023. I played twice. My nephew came over a few weeks ago and it won’t power on. Support expects you to have the knowledge set of a technician and they don’t stand by their own product. Played twice and only 9 months since purchase and will have to pay out of pocket for expensive replacement parts. These need to be less fragile and work much better. Save your money and buy Nintendo or Playststion
