Its really a toss up between these and the MaxTrax - these are very sturdy - robust and seem like they would have quite a bit of longevity. I have not had to deploy these yet - but honestly there is no secret technology in recovery boards. I am pleased with my purchase - and I do like that they come with recovery straps- so that way you dont have to go digging backing through the mud to retrieve them after use.

ARB TRED PRO Recovery Boards TREDPROGG Aside from the box being destroyed, the recovery boards came unscathed. Leashes included. These things are monsters. Robust, heavy, and look like they'll take some abuse. Not confident in the sipe grooves, but the tread bolts are definitely not the type of plastic that most boards use. I will update if anything damages them unreasonably.

This is an excellent product! They grip immediately and so far have not had any issues with the knobs grinding down or getting broken. It's saved me a few times in deep snow where I would have normally had to winch out of. This is probably the best product I've bought for recovery since my winch.

These are ARB TRED PRO Recovery boards. Though I haven’t used the boards, they will complement my 1988 and 2019 land cruisers extraction equipment. The boards are well built , weigh about 10 pounds each and have a limited lifetime guarantee. However, at71, I plan to use a shovel to clear debris in front of the tires allowing room to insert the boards under the tires. If and when I use the boards, I’ll update the review. But for now, I recommend this vendor and the ARB TRED Boards that’s sold.

For the price i thought they would hold up better. Ordered this set because after the first use the originals were cracked and broken. Wish they had better mounting options as well.
