Horrible Device
I purchased this thinking it was a decent alternative to the NEX and its required subscription. Boy was I wrong. The game selection is low, and the quality of the games are below sub-par. The music game has AI generated music and some lyrics not appropriate for young children. The whole device feels like light, cheap plastic. The tracking is horrendous, causing more frustration with my child than joy. Unless you have your hands facing the tracker like you're a mime, its not going to track. Even when it does, it lags behind. This product should be in the $20-$30 price range, not over $100. This isn't the one. Do yourself and run. ... show more

Plug and Play. Amazing Results
I bought this product for my 5-year-old daughter. To be honest, the first day was a bit frustrating. But it gets better with practice. She's really getting exercise. The game tracks her hand and body movements, so she has to actually stretch and jump. We played ""Whack-a-Mole,"" which involves waving your hand to hit a mole on the screen. She laughed so hard she could barely breathe. Super portable. We took it to Grandma's for Thanksgiving, and it connected to her TV in two minutes. The kids had a blast, and the adults could cook in peace. The camera's placement is more important than you might think. Our TV cabinet is quite low—placing the camera on the TV meant the lens was pointing downwards at her. Later, I moved it to a small box on the floor, with the lens pointing upwards—perfect! Also, if you have pets that frequently walk behind your child, the camera might misdetect them. Just keep the cat out of the room. Now everything is set up, and she can easily play for an hour. Worth the purchase. ... show more

The Best Birthday Gift I've Bought Recently
I bought this FWFX game console for my nephew as his seventh birthday present. Two weeks later, my sister texted me to say it was "gift of the year." Birthday gift anxiety is real—you never know if your kid will actually play what you buy. But this console? He loves it. It keeps him indoors (especially important on rainy days), and the scoring system motivates everyone to constantly strive to outperform others. Now the whole family plays together. One thing to note is that only one person can be on screen at a time when playing single-player motion-sensing games, otherwise the system will misjudge, but it's not a big deal. Other than that, it's plug and play—no Wi-Fi, no worries. Finally found a gift that won't gather dust. Highly recommended! ... show more

I got this because of the good reviews. However... This isn't a good buy, unfortunately. It has an incredibly hard time tracking during games and lags a lot. This isn't worth the price tag unless you have a toddler that doesn't care about whether the game works or not. Otherwise I'd skip buying it.

Turn Screen Time into Exercise Time. Fantastic!
I'm generally not a big fan of my kids spending too much time on screens. But this is different. What I love is that it displays the calories burned and time spent after each game. My 6-year-old now says, ""I want to break my calorie record,"" instead of ""Can I watch more YouTube?"" That alone makes it worth the price. No subscription required. One-time purchase, lifetime access. This product is simple and straightforward—one-time payment, lifetime access. My child loves it. I'm happy to see him tired. A win-win! ... show more
