Don’t buy it. I purchased the PC for my son which was the only gift he wanted for Christmas. (Sounds like a few of the other reviews! Are you seeing a theme here!) the computer looks great! My son was completely excited when he saw and opened it up! When we hook it up to a monitor, all we get is a pictures with lines all over the screen making it almost impossible to see anything on the screen. I tried a few troubleshooting things, first new cables for the DisplayPort and new hdmi. Still no luck, I then took out and reseated the card making sure the connections were clean and solid, again no luck. I tried multiple different monitors and still no luck. I even bought another brand new monitor and still the same issue. So I know it’s the video card that is the issue. The problem is contacting the company!!! Please take note!! I have called them over 5 different times! Each time accept one, would be in their system waiting on hold with the hold music and then it would just hang up on me. One time I was able to leave a message. I have now contacted Amazon support and they had me leave another message for the seller through their system and now I am waiting for a response or will have to send this gaming PC back. A lot of work just to get a PC that should have worked from the start just to get it to work! All I need is a replacement video card! Right now I am leaving 1 star because I can’t leave 0. I will update after hear back or return the PC. I am not going to to say don’t by from this seller yet, but buy at your own risk! Bottom line, this was not the Christmas my son was hoping for when his number one present doesn’t work! ... show more

Computer died after 8 months. Of course, this was after the warranty period, but neither Amazon nor USTechno were willing to help. I'm looking into aftermarket service, but the thing is a boat anchor at present.

Ruined my daughter’s Christmas!!! Doesn’t work! We called support 5 times waiting over an hour on each attempt for someone to pick up then they would hung up without talking. Biggest scam I have ever seen on Amazon! I returned the package and they are estimating my money to be returned in 2 month! It better cover the I’m paying on my credit card. I cannot believe how bad this product is. It's just a pretty glowing motor! It does not even work with a monitor...and obviously I am not the only one. Tech support won't answer when I called or emailed--They should answer both not one or the other. Sending this piece of junk back! My son was SOOOO disappointed at Christmas. Why is Amazon.com allowing this company to still do business on their website??? ... show more

I am not a heavy gamer, but this has done everything I wanted it to do. only issue is the bottom front fan stopped working after about a month of use. it lights up but doesn't spin.
