Received wrong foot control, contacted customer service and had problem corrected within minutes of original contact , hoorah! Very satisfied with trolling motor and remote control (would be nice if had reverse rather than spinning motor 180 deg. , also would have been nice to have indicator light for speed on remote especially low speed), that said would still give it two thumbs up after two outings. Have not used foot control.

Let me say, I could write a book on how amazing their customer service is. Very responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, all around amazing. The motor is great! Pairs easily with remote, uses less power than initially thought, remote battery lasts 20+ hours on a charge. If i could give this more than 5 stars, I would.
