I bought this to replace my 8-month old Aquascape aerator because it was so loud you could literally hear it down the street. The Aqua Miracle aerator was super easy to install. The shocker came when I plugged in it because I literally could not hear anything—not even a vibration coming from the air pump. I just built my first koi pond, 20 × 15× 3.5 so excited to finally finish. Landscaping done, water is perfect, new fish and then the pump goes out! I would definitely look for others pumps, this has only lasted 1.5 months.

I have a little 150 gallon goldfish pond made out of a stock tank. I have no idea what I'm doing but somehow they've survived for four years, moving from Ohio to the deep south and moving 3 times in the past year. But it was just recently I read that they don't really like the jostling that comes with the fountain/pump/filter I have and that with an aerator, I could create a more natural environment. I got this with the best intentions. Fishies needed more oxygen, water needed more movement, you get the picture. Imagine my surprise when instead of a tranquil pond paradise, I wound up with a rave. **The Good:** 🍾 **Bubbles Galore:**🍾 Let me tell you, this pump produces bubbles like nobody's business. My goldfish are like those deep sea creatures living around a hydrothermal vent – constantly surrounded by fizzy goodness. 🪩**Built-in Disco Ball (Maybe):** Okay, there might not actually be a disco ball, but the way the sunlight hits all those bubbles creates a mesmerizing light show. * **Great Conversation Starter:** People walking by do a double-take every time. "Is that pond...bubbling?" is a question I get at least twice a day. I mean, that's what I imagine would happen if I ever had visitors. **The Not-So-Good:** (not really, everything is great) * **My Fish Look Confused:** The constant stream of bubbles seems to have disoriented my goldfish. They spend most of their time bumping into things, are they drunk? (they actually love it - they zip around then put their little faces in the bubbles - fish are so much smarter than people think). * **Sounds Like a Zen Garden:** This aerator will help you reach that inner calm you desperately seek. With as much air as this pump can move with its large stones, I may be able to breathe underwater :) Alright, maybe its not to that point, but it does a great job pushing air into my water tank. This kit comes with everything you need to run up to 4 independent airlines. It has plenty if hosing, valves that prevent water from entering and an all-metal diverter with shutoffs to control all 4 lines. The air stones are large and deliver a very healthy amount, especially for the noise it produces (this unit is surprising quiet for its size).
