This is my first fish experience and I was definitely nervous about getting a heater and setting it up correctly. This heater is perfect. The instructions are very easy to follow. Took me about 2 minutes to set it up and we are good to go. I love that it says the current temp and says if it is heating or not. I also love that this company has different ones specifically for different size tanks. That was anything this I was worried about was picking the correct size, but it’s super easy due to how the company separates their products. I definitely recommend very affordable, user friendly, and perfect for beginners.

Using 100 w heater in a 6 1/2 gallon tank. The thermostat control works wonderfully well and is very accurate as well as providing continuous real-time temperature of the world on the display. The unit is small compact and stylishly sleek, adding to instead of disrupting the decor of the aquarium.

Been using it for about a week now and it keeps the tank at a stable 79F. Had a Fluval fail on me within a month of operation and I have a cheaper Aqueon that performed better than the Fluval but didn't allow for set temperature. I had two separate thermostats to monitor and it's within 2 degrees off with each of them being on the opposite end of the tank. It isn't perfect but it works well for the price and small enough for better placement in the center of the tank all the way down at the bottom.

Edit to add. The company reached out after I posted my review. They stand behind their products and offered me a new heater or my moneyback. They did what they could to make it right and I appreciate that! I purchased this in March 2023 and it recently started sparking on the inside. I had it set at 78° and my tank never got above 72°. I have a 10 gallon tank and I bought the reccomended heater. My rabbit snail perished due to low tank temperature.

This brand of heaters have been perfect for my tanks! The 50watt was perfect for my 5 gallon tank! The water heated quickly and the temperature was held consistently. I was so pleased with it’s performance that I bought a larger model for my 20 gallon tank.

Love the size for a tank that may be 10g or less. I have a 6 gal. and I do not heat my place to help the tank water temperature reach its optimal equilibrium. So I went for the 50W to make up for temperature deficiency. Love the control on the outside cable and virtually can fit anywhere. Two thumbs up!
