First let me say that on Wednesday I went to the salon, had a color, cut and deep conditioning treatment. Living in the southwest the dry weather affects your hair also. That being said, this is Saturday, first time I washed my hair since going to the salon. I have somewhat curly hair, a lot less than when I was younger, but none the less, I normally have to put 3-4 products in my hair, to control the frizz, mostly right around the crown. So I thought ok, I’m just going to use the Aquage and nothing else see how it works. I take about 80% of wetness out of hair with my Dyson hair dryer, then I use my Hot Tools drying brush to finish up and style. I normally stay away from gels, they are thick and gooey and just are terrible on my hair, this is a gel but easy to manipulate through hair, and as you’re drying your hair it just comes out so soft, not like the old gels I remember back in the day, and lo and behold no frizz, that for my hair is some kind of miracle let me tell you. Now like I said don’t know if it’s a combination of color and deep conditioning, but I’ve had that done before and I would still get a little frizz. So if you’re hesitant on getting this, my recommendation would be give it a try, I don’t know what they did or what’s in it, but for me it’s definitely a keeper. ... show more

I have used a professional product similar to this and I like this just the same a little goes a long way and it will flake if the blowdryer is too high

Y'all I have HATED my hair all summer. Rockin' the ponytail 6.5 out of 7 days a week (that other half I attempted to wear it down and just couldn't take it). My blunt bob was not doing well in this Dallas humidity. I was almost out of my other straightening serum so thought I'd try something new. I used it super sparingly at first because other products have been heavy and greasy. Not this! Light, smells great, not greasy or sticky. And my hair is STICK straight y'all which is honestly my #1 goal in life. Short of a Brazilian blowout, which I've done several times in my life, this is the straightest I've ever been able to get my frizzy, thin hair.
